They are very kind to my long haired Chihuahua and don't mind all of his licking attention he gives them. BTW, the do a great job grooming him too.

This was my first experience with Scoobi Doo. Today I was scheduled to have an appt at 1:30pm and I messaged and asked if they had any morning cancellations and she (I’m assuming the owner ) said bring her now and we can cut her nails. I thought great ! When we arrived the staff in the back was not very friendly or welcoming to us . They seemed very confused why we were there. They kept look at us but not saying anything to us. Next thing I knew a lady came in which I can only assume she was the owner. She was very kind. When she took my pup back she asked if I could help with the dog. Now I paid 30.00 dollars for an appt that took less than 10 minutes and I helped with holding the dog so she could do it. 30 dollars is high and especially when I helped do have the work . Unfortunately even though I was accommodated with earlier time, the staff and the amount charged seemed like to much.

I took my two-year-old Maltese/Shih Tzu mix to get a good haircut, and honestly, I'm very disappointed after paying $75 plus a $15 tip. I told the groomer to make her look beautiful, and well, my dog is already beautiful, but her haircut leaves much to be desired. Perhaps this service is not accustomed to the Maltese/Shih Tzu breed, but it's evident that it was done by an inexperienced person because the cut is full of imperfections, and honestly, I could have done a better job myself. If you truly want your dog to have a professional cut, then this is not the place. Another thing is that my dog came back with fleas, and that is NOT acceptable in a pet groomer, so they need to deflea the place. I took my dog there because she had several knots on her legs and I wanted them to be cut (which they DID, they also trimmed her nails... but when it comes to 'style,' wow, I've never seen anything like it. If your dog has short hair, then it's okay to take her there beside the flea problem, but my dog definitely needs a professional. I regret taking her there.

Sadly, I'm no longer taking my dogs here for grooming. I'd used SDs for years for my older Corgi with great results. I got another Corgi and brought both of them in for a regular bath and dry. Within 3 days of the grooming my younger Corgi was yelping in pain whenever her back was touched. I cautiously felt her back and found her covered in scabs from her head to her hind quarters. I immediately took her to my vet and he said she definitely had suffered a trauma most likely from using the wrong brush on her that tore her skin. I called SD and spoke to the manager who promised to talk to the owner and get back to me. All I wanted them to do was pay for her vet bill after they looked at the report. Even though I have the manager stating they'd reimburse me for the $100+ vet bill, I never heard from them again. So disappointed that not only was my dog injured there but they reneged on their acceptance of responsibility. Needless to say, I won't be trusting them with my dogs ever again.

A nice staff did an amazing job with my two Yorkies. They looked amazing, and appeared to walk out of the shop with pride on how they looked. The business is a bit loud, and dog hair abundant. This was likely due to the volume of business and not neglect. I highly recommend.
