After a bad experience at another local groomer, I started taking my pup here back in June of 2023. Since then, we’ve been regular customers. Jen, the owner, is one of the funniest, kindest, most down to earth people you’ll ever meet. Katherine is also super chill and I know my pup is in great hands when she’s there. They’re very good with communication, as I sometimes will have other people pick up or drop off my pup. They always make sure to confirm with me who should be picking up and dropping off, which I really appreciate 👍 I have a small nervous pup who hates grooming, but they’ve really helped make her feel comfortable and welcome. She’s become much more tolerant and cooperative with the process, and deep down I know she loves everyone there and all the special attention she gets. Their pricing and policies are extremely fair, and my pup always comes home feeling super soft, smelling amazing, and wearing an adorable bandana😍 Highly recommend Diamond In the Ruff for all your pet grooming needs! 😊

Jennifer lives and breathes dogs. I bring my duo every 2 weeks, 6lb toy poodle and a 60lb amstaff mix. My pit was a rescue and is very skittish around people, especially somewhere she is stuck for hours but somehow she goes in there, sees Jen and gives her the biggest pitty smile, she absolutely loves her. When your animals are your babies, having someone you know loves them like you do and cares for them so well that they are excited to go to the groomers????? 11/10 recommend, she busts her ass as a business owner and does a phenomenal job at it.

I have been taking my Multipoo Bella to Diamond In The Ruff now for a year and In that time each experience has been just as good as the last in terms of how well Kerry Ann grooms my Dog. I could not think of a better dog groomer who perfectly takes good care of my Dog each time I take her there. This place is a very friendly place with knowledgeable staff and an owner that listens to the customers needs when it comes to what type of cut or style I ask for my Dog. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great groomer in the Nashua area --

For three years I have been bringing both dogs to Diamond in the Ruff. When I tell them that they’re going to see Kathrine they get all excited. They treat my dogs like their own. They always come home soft and clean. My dogs hate everyone outside of our family, but love Kathrine. The staff and owner are friendly, caring, and professional. That always come home with a bandana and head to the couch for a nap. Spa days are exhausting for them I guess.

Alecia took great care of my Shetland sheepdog, Gerald and the staff was very welcoming. They take their time making sure the dogs feel safe and comfortable while offering a beautiful groom! Looking forward to next time! They also sent Gerald home with a cute little bandana that he loves wearing. 🥰

After having a bad experience with our first cut after we adopt miss Bailey Nicosia lil over two months ago we came here today I was really sick last month wasn’t able to brush her my son dumped juice and she rolled in it she ended up getting matted her groom took longer then it normally would because they took the time to make her look and feel great we are obsessed with her look and appreciate the love they gave her. I love that the owner took an interest. Thank you so much
