Brentwood Grooming

Paula is a stellar groomer! She also is very much an animal advocate and very accommodating with what your fur baby needs (I.e. special care and handling during grooming to allay fear and stress .) The grooming environment is peaceful, professional and sweet. This groomer has long term repeat generational clients because of the skill, kindness and care she provides at the service.

Apart from being phenomenal groomers, Paula and her team are incredibly kind and compassionate people. My dog is special needs and they always go above and beyond for her - drying her in their lap to reduce stress and going so far as to carry her to the car in heavy rain to prevent her hurting herself (she can't jump as high as she used to). I truly feel like Paula cares as much for Piper as I do, and that's not something I can say of any other groomer.

This is the only groomer I go to or trust in Nashville! They used to have a building in Brentwood (hence the name) but I’m guessing since they had to change their address, they had to make a new google listing. So don’t be concerned about the lack of reviews - they really are the best here and super reasonably priced!! Paula and her team are the best in town! We’ve been to three grooming places over our dog’s life. Paula is the most caring and thoughtful groomer. She listens to our requests and does a great job with our cockapoo’s cuts. She truly cares about each of her puppy clients.

I’ve been taking my dog Rosie to Brentwood Grooming for over 5 years and had built what I thought was a trusting relationship with them. That trust was completely broken when they cut her eye during a grooming appointment and didn’t say a word about it. I had to find the injury myself — after it had already become infected. They did reimburse me for the initial vet visit and medications, but that barely scratches the surface. It’s now been three months, and the infection is still severe. My vet believes this could be a long-term issue, meaning more treatment, more vet bills, and ongoing pain and discomfort for Rosie — all from something that could’ve been addressed immediately if they had just told me the truth. Accidents happen — I understand that. But covering it up and sending my dog home without so much as a mention is completely unacceptable. After five years of loyalty, this is how they handled a serious injury to my dog. Absolutely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing.

Paula and staff are very accommodating. I bring three large dogs whom they handle beautifully. Taxi available to bring my big boys home!

They take great care with my dog! They always fit me I. Whenever I call! They are so kind and friendly. I won’t go anywhere else!
