The Pampered Pooch Pet Spa & Resort

We have been getting our dog Bowie groomed here for over 2 years. They always do an amazing job. We highly recommend them! They listen to our needs, they treat him well, they are very communicative and educate us on their grooming practices!

I have taken my dog here for almost 2 years and Brittany was the groomer. No problems. After she left i have nothing but issues. After Brittany I had another groomer twice and she left Addi in the crate for hours before she got to Addi. That groomer left and the next one messed up her face. I had to go back again to get her face fixed. It wasn't great but at least I could see her face. Today I hear they are running late. They close at 5:00. So I get there at 5:30 and was told it will be another hour. So here I sit at Lowes waiting on them to get her done. Service has been horrible since Brittany left. I guess I need to find somewhere else. Sorry Stuart but this has been ridiculous.

I wanted to share my concerns about my dog’s grooming appointment. I brought my Yorkie in and was told he couldn’t be serviced because he was "reactive," even though I explained he’s anxious at first but calms down after. He has NEVER had issues being groomed anywhere else—other groomers have always been patient and gentle with him, and he’s allowed them to pick him up with no problem. I chose to give your place a try, but it felt like no real effort was made to work with him before deciding "no, can’t do it." This was something I mentioned when booking the appointment, so it was disappointing that it wasn’t considered beforehand. It may be helpful to ask more detailed questions about a dog’s temperament before scheduling, so situations like this can be avoided. Btw: I also texted the owner and never got a response back 🙂

My dog gets pampered here. Staff is very friendly and groomer treats my pet with love and care! Prices are reasonable. With holidays approaching they have some interesting items on sale as well.

Mosha is a new pup in our family. We have known him since he was 6 mths old as he has been coming to our day care and boarding with us since he was a pup. We grew very close to Mosha and his owner. His owner passed away in July from a long battle with cancer, and we always told Mary that if he needed a home we would love to adopt him. Once in the family Mosha chose me as his hooman. Mary had always taken him to the Pooch salon where they would groom and sometimes color his coat. He had a grooming appt with Brittney G in Nashville earlier this month and I was planning to have her color his coat as well, but I wasn’t sure how that worked since this is the first time I had asked for a color in addition to his groom. Brittney and I discussed what colors and maybe a theme to the color but I couldn’t decide. Then I asked her if she could color him the colors of the suicide prevention colors as I lost my youngest son last May. She said she thought she could do that. When I picked him up I literally cried…Not only did she do an excellent job but she knocked the colors out of the ballpark and even added the ribbon to his hip…. I am so proud to have Mosha representing something that means so much to me and to a cause that is so important in this day and age. Brittney is an artist! Check on your loved ones who are suffering from mental illness…💙💜

Leo likes going to pampered pooch! He loves getting all handsome, clean and dapper for his daily walks when he gets to bark at the neighbors and other dogs. Leo is 16 and has a heart condition and I am thankful to the angels at pampered pooch for giving him so much love and care. Thank you for being nice to Leo even if he is sometimes not in the mood. Amazing! Our puppy Cali just had her first grooming appointment today and I could not be happier! The groomer Collette did a lovely job! Thank you so much Collette for giving Cali a wonderful grooming experience and Thank you Pampered pooch for your accommodation!
