Halo had his first grooming appointment today and Avery made the whole experience so easy and comforting! She was so warm and attentive, and really made me feel seen as a new pet parent and she was truly a true breath of fresh air. I left feeling calm knowing Halo was in great hands. He’s already excited for his next visit, and we’re so happy to be part of the Splash and Dash fam! Splash N Dash has been amazing with my dog, Bluey! He goes every month and always comes home fresh, happy, and well cared for. They do a great job with his regular grooming, teeth cleaning, and nail care. Communication is excellent — I always get text updates and they’re very responsive. Highly recommend Splash N Dash for anyone looking for a reliable and caring groomer!

I live about 40 minutes away and it’s worth the distance coming to the Needham Splash and Dash. Trinity loves her Groomer Maria and Avery! She walks in and I can clearly see the comfort she with them and that means a lot to Trinity’s family. I can’t imagine going any place else. We greatly appreciate all they do! Have definitely made recommendations to close friends.

Splash and Dash has been grooming my baby for over a year now, and we are always very happy with the results! Both the Needham and Somerville locations have excellent groomers and staff that have treated my older dog with such care. You can absolutely trust them to get your pup a lovely groom 🙂

Avery is superb at customer service. She really can connect with the individual and with the dog. We are so extremely happy with her and Maria‘s work our baby Suki feels extremely comfortable with them as well.

My pup comes out happy every time. They do a great job communicating timelines too so I'm not wasting my time waiting around. Avery even looked up harness collar products to recommend to me when they didn't have something in store for me!
