Nicole was super sweet and did an amazing job! My furbaby smelled amazing and her nails were done better than ever! She is 16 years old and gets nervous which Nicole let me know, but she was very patient with her and Lola seemed happy with her upon pickup. Thanks Nicole! We’ll definitely be back!
The service I get at the New Lenox location is impeccable. These ladies are professional and kind. Even accommodate me when I need to come early or return late. Mia took awesome care of my Chiweenie, Sparky. He came out smelling good and looking good. He's a shy little guy but Mia knew how to make him comfortable.
Petco Grooming always does such a great job with my pup! They are very accommodating of her personality quirks, and her uneven fur (from illness as a puppy). They always make her fur look even, clean and shiny. My dog always seems refreshed after her groom. They did the best summer de-shed as well!
I have been taking my dog Buddy to Caitlin for a while already. She is great with him. Manages to get his nails trimmed, which is a definite no no from me. Has him looking great. Definitely recommend this location and her as well.
Loved working with Michelle. She was very patient with our small dog who can be a little snappy. She gave our dog the cut we requested and the prices were very reasonable.
My girls were handled with the best care. They looked adorable with their bandanas and didn't not seem anxious when their grooming was complete
