I could tell when I picked up my mini Aussie, she had a great experience because she was happy and calm. Her cut was just like we discussed, and she smelled great for days after. Her fur has never felt softer, too. I highly recommend Imperium, it's a great addition to the Chelsea neighborhood!

Fernanda and Jessica are phenomenal. They even opened their brand-new shop a day early to fit in our extremely fluffy Bernedoodle. He tends to get matted, but Fernanda never takes the easy route and shaves him—instead, she spends the time carefully brushing and caring for his coat. What stands out most is the genuine care they show for Hudson every visit. They always go above and beyond to make sure he’s comfortable, happy, and well cared for throughout the grooming process. I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog. Highly recommend—10/10.

Jessica has been grooming my 2 Lhasa apsos for several years and we are very happy with her work. My dogs have long hair and Jessica does and excellent job hydrating their hair and untangling what it get mattered. They come back with soft, clean hair and looking great. People always stop me on the street to ask if they are show dogs, after they come back from grooming. I highly recommend Jessica and her team, especially if you have high maintenance dogs.

I had an amazing experience at this Pet Spa! My dog has a big personality, and they took such great care of him from beginning to end. The groomer was patient, professional, and made sure he was comfortable throughout the entire process. Jessica did an incredible job cleaning him from nose to tail. This is definitely the best haircut he has ever had! He came out looking perfectly rounded, happy, and like a brand-new pup. Jessica’s expertise truly shows through her impeccable service, attention to detail, and impressive efficiency. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about their pets. We will definitely be coming back!

We absolutely love Jessica! She has been grooming our dogs for about seven years now. She took such wonderful care of our first dog, Samurai, who lived to be 16, and now she takes care of our new puppy, Simba, who adores her just as much. Jessica is incredibly kind, attentive, and truly loves what she does. It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about both the dogs and their owners. Her new spa is beautiful, very well equipped, and she is always so professional. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent groomer. We wouldn’t trust our dogs with anyone else!

5-star service! I have a dog with allergies, and every time I bring her to get a haircut, she always comes back itchy. But not at Imperium Grooming! ❤️ They offered me a special bath with organic shampoo. She got home and was very chill and relaxed with no signs of itchiness. The staff is amazing, great customer service, and my dog looks beautiful!
