Now You're Clean - West Village

Absolutely love Now You’re Clean, in particular Tatiana. When the groomer that my pup had been going to since she was a puppy closed, I was so nervous about finding a new groomer for my dog-selective dog. So grateful to have found the place! Tatiana is AMAZING, truly the best haircut for my dog every time and she’s so incredibly kind and welcoming (as is the entire staff). I specifically ask for a really short cut, it’s what works best for my dog! But don’t worry, she can accommodate many different requests 🙂

This place is amazing. They have figured out everything and you just do the work all in a quick half hour. Washington your dog has never been so fun, easy and chic. For us it’s also conveniently located a block from school and a block from our house, so it’s a double win. I could see this place becoming a nationwide chain it’s that GOOD!

It was a great experience! This is my first time coming here and Wilmer did a fantastic job on Stormy. Finding a good groomer is so difficult, but I am very happy coming here. I told him what I wanted, how short to cut her hair and he did exactly what I asked. She also loves him because when we were leaving she ran back to him for more pets. Also the staff is so sweet and the facility is super cute!

My dog is very nervous to go to the groomer but after a weekend at the beach was a complete mess. She timidly walked into the West Village location with me where we were greeted by Willian. He very tenderly interacted with Edith to calm her. I felt confident leaving her with him. 90 minutes later, I returned to find my immaculately clean dog so proud of her beautiful haircut that she strutted toward me. She smelled amazing and was adorned with a cute flower collar(nice touch) that she wore proudly. Willian is a dog whisperer and groomer extraordinaire! This location is convenient, well equipped, and very clean. This now becomes the grooming destination for me and my friends!

Uma was an amazing groomer and is no longer there. I had a dog that was barely matted on the legs who came out fully shaved. The groomer did not have the courtesy to call me and tell me that he would be shaved down. Instead, I got a waiver form to sign, indicating I was consenting to him being completely shaved when the session was almost over. I do not recommend getting grooming from here. For reference, I attached pictures of Ollie from the day before his groom which clearly show he had zero matting.

Duarte is the best! My dog has curly hair and allergies and he always leaves his appointment happy with a beautiful haircut and clean face. He never has any scratches from his haircut and Duarte always cuts his hair the length that I ask. Highly recommend!

We had such a great experience!! Wilmer did an amazing job with my toy poodle - she looked so cute after her grooming and was in great spirits. The hair cut itself was perfect - Wilmer is clearly very skilled at what he does. He cares about your dog and it shows! I will definitely be back. Thank you Wilmer!!
