Amazing groom on my giant (95lbs) doodle. My dog was very comfortable in the store and was definitely happy when we picked him up. And he looked perfect, exactly what we asked for! The manager, staff, and groomers were all EXTREMELY nice and welcoming. Love the high quality treats and products available in the store as well. Highly recommend (especially to other large doodle owners)!

It was our first time at Pet Story NY and we’re beyond impressed! Nuna is usually very stressed and shaking when we take her to groomers, so I was nervous — but this time was completely different. I barely recognized her when I picked her up — she looked absolutely beautiful. Even more importantly, she left calm, happy, and relaxed. That means everything to me. We will definitely be coming back!

This was my first time bringing my dog… it was a great experience. They did such an amazing job on her cut and treated her so lovingly! So happy to know I found a salon that’s cares and loves on my pup. 10/10 would bring you fur baby here!!

My 14 year old Shi Tzu, Chewy, has been getting groomed by Clara at Pet Story since they opened. Everybody there is so nice, so helpful and so welcoming. Clara is great with Chewy. She is very gentle, and he always looks so handsome when he’s done. The store is also wonderful. They have homemade treats of all kinds, and they always give Chewy samples so he can try new things. I can’t say enough good things about this store and everybody who works there.

A big round of applause to this grooming center and to the excellent work done by Jenny. Because of my move, I hadn’t been able to brush my Toy Poodle as regularly as I normally do, so she had a few mats. However, Jenny took extra time with her and cared for her in a way that exceeded all my expectations. The gentleman and the other lady were also incredibly kind, welcoming me with a smile and showing exceptional courtesy throughout my visit. I am extremely satisfied, and my little princess looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you guys and thank you Jenny! ❤️🐩✨ Gianni.

It was very windy and temps were falling. My puppy and I rushed to pet story for a new coat as she grew overnight! A lovely woman stepped in and helped us find the perfect new jacket. And then helped with brush, comb, foot covers, treats etc. thank you!! Great store, so helpful, even when the store was busy!

I stopped in to get my dog a special Christmas treat and was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and there were a lot of options from chews and animal products to gorgeous baked cookies. I was worried it would be really pricey based on the nice exterior, but was glad to find a range and all reasonable priced. Good stock of pet supplies, toys, and basics as well!
