Petco Grooming

I can highly recommend this grooming salon, as the place is very clean and elegant. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Our groomer, Colleen, did an amazing job. She gave my Havanese a beautiful haircut, and I was extremely satisfied with the result. My dog looks absolutely wonderful now. Thank you Melissa!! My main appointment was bath+haircut , the person working there rebooked it as bath only so when I arrived they said it’s only for bath!! Melissa was so kind and understood the situation as I explained everything, she got us in and was super nice with "Kitta 🐶 " you can tell that she really loves dogs ! I was so stressed as it’s first time here but Melissa made the experience and result amazing !! I will only book with her ✨ It took 4 hours total but I loved watching her from the window was a huge plus.

Had a great experience with our first time grooming a 4 month old Havanese with a puppy cut. Very pleased with the Job Janasia did with Ari! 🙏👏

Colleen is exceptional and is a fantastic groomer. Since ZsaZsa was groomed people have been stopping her to take her picture wherever she goes!!!

I have no complaints about the Groomer. She did a great job on my dog. My only biggest concern is that I don’t understand why they don’t have someone just assigned to the front when customer come in a groomer has to stop what they’re doing put the dog on the floor and run to the register in the front. Someone should be there at all times handling that paperwork and making sure that dogs are Check-in not the groomers when grooming a dogs run out to the register now I see why it take more then four to five hours to get your dog back from grooming. There should be a better system.

I brought my Wheaten Terrier in for a simple trim—just to even out his coat while keeping it long. I was extremely clear: don’t touch his upper beard, trim the lower one slightly, even out his coat but keep it long and brush out any minor mats. The groomer reassured me multiple times that she had experience with the breed. When I picked him up, I was horrified! She had shaved him nearly to the skin, hacked off chunks of his beard, and left him looking completely uneven. The beautiful Wheaten coat he had before is gone, and it will take months to grow back. Worse, she never called to check before making these drastic changes—she just did what she wanted, despite my clear instructions. When I asked what happened, she made excuses about his leg hair being shorter and took it upon herself to match his entire body to that length. Something no experienced groomer would dream of doing… To their credit, the manager refunded me; but no amount of money can fix a completely botched haircut that takes months to grow out. If you have a long-haired dog, save yourself the heartbreak and go somewhere else. This was over a $130 disaster, and I will never trust this place with my dog again.. here are before and afters, so you can see for yourself…

Took wonderful care of our chihuahua and many appointments available. Could I please suggest corporate to add a tipping screen or allow tip jars so we can tip our skilled and friendly groomers that work here? We also go to the vaccine clinic here and cannot recommend it enough! The store is spacious and clean.
