In pet grooming Platinum Petz is exceptional. They remember your pets name after first visit and their patience seems to know no bounds. Everything from scheduling to payment and pick is so easy, the quality of work is 5+STARS, trust me because I have one of the hardest dogs to groom in terms of temperament and workload-Siberian Husky. Literally can’t remember the last time I walked him without a "Beautiful dog" comment. *Update for 2025* Still been coming here since they opened and haven't even thought about approaching another grooming spot. They love and treat my pup better than my barber treats me!! And I literally can't remember the last time I walked anywhere a quarter of a mile and not have gotten a compliment on how beautiful of a dog he is. Every and all types of people you can imagine, men, women, kids, cops, gangsters, politicians, smiling babies, the homeless, people abusing drugs, even a deaf woman, were able to gesture with sign language at how appealing he was. I credit Platinum Petz! The staff, from ownership to new employees, are all professional and patient with me and my pet. 5⭐️ +++

I love this place! They are amazing with my shepherd mix, Akira. I took her their for the first time because I had tried to give her a bath at home and that did not go well. On her first time seeing a groomer, she immediately felt comfortable and walk right in. The groomed was super sweet with her and they are now my go to groomer. Five stars!
