Been here twice and both times have been excellent. The staff clearly care about the dogs, are very gentle and go above and beyond! My dog looks so cute after his groom. Prices are affordable for Manhattan. Thank you!!

She did a total teeth cleaning with tarter removal the photos she sent were impressive. (Saved us about $1000 if we did it at the vet) Also she noticed he had an ear infection, she cleaned it out and gave him some medicine and showed me what to buy. Also terrific haircut!

I really enjoyed bringing Benji here. The groomer was consistently warm, patient, and attentive, and Benji was always comfortable with her. From the start, she treated him with genuine care, and he always came home clean, soft, and smelling great. The team was also thoughtful about his needs, adjusting shampoos and treatments during allergy season to keep his skin comfortable. I appreciated the reliability and the care they showed Benji. Highly recommend. 🐾💛

I’ve taken Bear here for 7 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else — even after moving 50 blocks away. They groom one dog at a time, never rush, and safety always comes first. Bear is very particular and they’re endlessly patient. The grooming is consistently perfect, communication is great, and the little glamour photos they send are awesome.

Q’s did such an amazing job with my girl Olive. She hates the groomer and they got me in same day and kept me updated throughout the service. She hates getting her nails clipped but they managed to do them all! I truly am so happy with her cut and will most definitely be back. They were kind, thorough, communicative and welcoming. Including a before shot of Olive plus the after! 10/10

First time taking my dog there, and I must say very easy to make an appointment very friendly and a great job With my dog, Pricing definitely within reason you’re looking for a new groomer or if you just move into the upper West side I definitely recommend taking your dog there for their haircut. I will definitely be going back there again.

My beautiful cavalier came home completely shaved, looking horrible. We are new uptown, previously with Seaport Paw downtown, for over 15 years. All our dogs came back looking gorgeous, even if some chest and tummy areas needed very short cut. These people clearly do not know how to scissor-cut, and just have dogs on assembly line to maximize profits. I am in tears every time I look at my girl. They should be run out of business.
