Roberto is the best! He always listens to what I want and perfectly delivers. He’s incredibly kind and sweet both to me and my baby Milo, who is a very anxious boy at the groomer. He’s never caged up and treated so well there. The groomings are always top notch, quick, and efficient. I moved out of the area, but I’d rather walk 30 minutes to return to Roberto than go anywhere else. Thank you for everything!

Took my schnauzer here for the first time. He was overdue for a groom and had lots of mats so I thought he might have to get fully shaved. My dog is also a bit nervous and anxious at the groomer, so I was unsure how his first time would be. Robert was not only able to give my dog a beautiful cut and keep a lot of his fur, but he also made my dog feel so comfortable and loved! I was so happy to see how Robert treated my pup. And when I came to pick him up, he looked so happy! He wasn’t kept in a crate- he was just sitting in the room with the groomers and dogs and looked so content. I will never be going to a different groomer! Shake and Tail is the best!
I really appreciate how gentle he is with Maya. She has naturally long, moppy hair that everything sticks to. I ask for short neat cut to allow time to grow out in between grooms. I adopted Maya from a dv shelter and Maya carries some traumas and responds well to gentleness and this groomer is attuned to the animals ❤️ Does good work and works in a way that is calm/balanced/zen… More than other groomers, and I’ve been to many. Thank you
Roberto is super friendly and I can tell he loves dogs. He really cares for my pug Sven, who is not the biggest fan of grooming. But he’s always super happy to come here and looks great when I pick him up! Highly recommend 🙂
Had my first of many experiences with Roberto today and my Zuzu came back so clean, fluffy, well-groomed and happy! He was so comfortable at Shake and Tail and I got to witness the extra special care and attention to detail first-hand. Super clean space and a totally custom approach. I feel lucky to have found them!!!
Roberto is awesome! I took my puppy because she needed her ears & paws cleaned/groomed. He was very gentle and she felt very comfortable with him.
