Leon has wonderful service with detailed communication. Bernadette our hair groomer does an awesome job with Casper. We are repeat clients and Casper is on his way again.

Honestly, it was our first time to go to my baby’s grooming. I was so so nervous because I had been in terrible experiences of dog grooming as aggressively and rude. I don’t know if it’s me being as deaf but it doesn’t mean I give up on my dog. My dog deserves to be happy and feel comfortable. The cashier and Jeff who cutting my dog is absolutely amazing. They communicated with me by writing it down. It’s so good accessible for deaf community. I feel safe. My dog is absolutely beautiful! The price is good for small breed. 99/100!

We absolutely love this groomer! We’ve been bringing our toy poodle, Rex, here for the past two years, and every single groom has been amazing. His groomer, Jeff, is incredibly gentle with Rex and truly turns every haircut into a little work of art — Rex always looks perfect after his bath and trim! The whole team is kind, reliable, and clearly passionate about what they do. We will always bring Rex here for his grooming needs. Highly, highly recommend!

Bernadette is amazing I always bring my boy Frosty to get groomed by her. The entire team is awesome. He is my first dog so im always worried but the worry is gone… frosty has been goin to barkshoppe for about2.5 years and he is always a good boy there Never any issues as you Can see he’s in great hands with the team

The team at The Bark Shoppe are second to none. They're always excited to see my pup Gigi and treat her with kindness and care. She gets groomed there religiously and stays for daycare and boarding from time to time. They always go above and beyond and send tons of updates and pictures so I’m always in the loop on how she’s doing. They also often have sales and bundles for repeat customers, which helps a lot! I’m so happy I found TBS and encourage you to give them a try! You’ll be obsessed just like I am in no time.

I love The Bark Shoppe. I’ve been coming here for 4 years now. I have a 15lb male CavaPoo and keeping him groomed is a necessity. This week we had the best experience with a groomer named Jeff and Tori from the front desk. Everyone was very professional and handled my dog with care. Jeff listened to my concerns around my pet’s nail trimming and asked me the right questions on how I prefer him groomed. Jeff even helped me decide what length was best for my curly haired dog considering that I’m a low maintenance owner, but we need to prevent matting. The grooming was excellent! My pets coat was so soft and shiny. Jeff even tackled small details like his tear stains when most groomers fall short. The ambiance of The Bark Shoppe has a boutique feel and the facilities are very clean. When it was time for pickup I loved that I received a personal text from Tori 30 min prior & then was greeted at the door with a smile. I’ve recommended The Bark Shoppe to many friends / fellow pet parents and will continue to do so! Great job!

I had a last minute need for a haircut and the team came through. Our dog gets nervous but with the experiencr of the staff espevially Bernadette our groomer and Leonthegreeter we felt at ease. Thank you for a more amazing experience and with very little notice. You ROCK!!
