Unleashed Spa Pet Grooming

I saw a recommendation for Unleashed on Reddit and decided to take a chance and go here. My cat Sandy hasn’t been groomed in years, so I was unsure how she would do. The staff were incredibly kind and you can tell they really love the animals. Their pricing was very transparent as well for any additional add-on options. I would 100% recommend Unleashed to any pet owner, especially Han! Sandy has been so zen and relaxed since I brought her home from the groomers today and I know they treated her well 😊

Absolutely amazing experience! They treated my dog with so much care and patience, and the results were perfect. My pup came back clean, fresh, and happy—which says everything. The staff is professional, kind, and truly loves what they do. Highly recommend to any dog parent!

Hank did an incredible job grooming my miniature schnauzer puppy she finally looks like a true schnauzer again with her clean lines, fluffy legs, and perfectly shaped brows and beard. You can tell he truly understands the breed and takes his time to get every detail right. Hank is hands down the best schnauzer groomer in NYC and I’m so glad we found him!

Nora and I LOVE this place! Unleashed always does a wonderful job on Mr. Cooperton and we can't be happier. It is always fun to give him a spa day and when he comes back he looks fly. Cooper definitely knows he has schwag because he's always a bit friendlier to other people and dogs, usually wanting to meet with every.single.one. he sees. That would be the only con - your dog will know they've been looks maxxed and will act like it! The team is open to feedback on the cut (i.e., summer cut, winter cut, leave the ears alone, etc) and they always come through. We've used a different stylist every time and they have all been consistently great. Lastly, it's pretty obvious the owner and staff love dogs and that our good boy is taken care of and treated with all the love dogs deserve. I could not recommend more.

They made my Ollie Bear look so beautiful!! The staff was amazing, and she came back super relaxed and happy. She's usually really anxious after the groomers, but this time she was actually a happy girl when we picked her up. Thank you so much!

These guys really outdo themselves. I’ve brought my dog here 5-6 times and each time I’m like "no THIS is your best haircut!" The staff is so nice, always quick to pick up the phone and get you scheduled. They are so caring with pets and treat each pet like their own. Marianne did my dog’s most recent cut (pictured) and he got so many compliments on our walk back home! It’s a bit of a pricey groom, $120, but I go every 3-4 months so it balances out in the end. Be aware that there’s an extra $10 fee if your dog has knots in their fur! Overall I highly recommend this spa it’s the best.

Don’t let the eyes fool you. My cat can be a spicy little guy when it comes to nail clippings, so I’ve come to Unleashed three times now to ask for help after he’s turned me to ribbons. Han is a miracle worker who’s gotten the job done even though I’ve failed to give the little furball gabapentin and each time. He takes maybe one or two minutes, tops, and even though my cat complains, both groomer and cat make it out unscathed. They’ve got me in as walk-ins every time too. Super impressed!!! (Edit for typo)
