Called on a whim because I needed help with my guinea pigs. Not only were the Clip Shoppe super accommodating, but so caring and friendly!! My girls and I will be back!!! Thank you so much!!!!
We dropped off our pet for a 4 night stay. Our dog, Bandit, was very well taken care of. I received updates on his well being. The owner, Neil was very pleasant, friendly, helpful, and professional. The staff was polite. It was a great experience for both Bandit and myself. I feel comfortable and confident with leaving Bandit in the future at this wonderful facility. Highly recommend! My wife’s dog was mated ,& needed a full work up.The entire staff,from receptionist,shampoo and groomer were very professional and experienced in their care of Bailey. I was very impressed with the entire layout,being my first time there. I intend to make them Bailey’s future groomers.
Came here for the first time. Easy to find. Staff are all very friendly. My dog got her nails trimmed. Zero wait time and took less than 5 mins. They have a little store area where you can shop around while you wait for your dog. Fair prices and friendly, efficient and fast service is A+ in my book! I will be back!
ZERO STARS BULLY OWNERS BEWARE: Owner. Tall guy with knee brace. Salt and Pepper Hair. Started to yell at me in front of other paying customers. Then pulled me inside to continue to yell at me, that my PUPPY (9months old) destroyed his kennel.UNPROFESSIONAL. Mind you my puppy is a BULLY breed. (Possible reason for discontent) PuppyRaised with a new born. Non aggressive but suffers from separation anxiety has a hard time adjusting. His off color behavior and solution to my problem was to drug my dog. BULLY Owners BEWARE. This place prefers other breeds.
Neil and staff are great, Ozzy is so happy here.
It will be second time we are taking our dog to Clip Shoppe for boarding. Lulu came back nice and clean after 12 days ( we did not order grooming). They have large yard for dogs to play, natural light in all kennels. It is a bit far for us to drive, but worth it!
