I was dog sitting Coco, and she is a regular here! She had a face trim and a bath. She looked and smelled great after. The video is before her bath. Total service was around $60.

I brought my dog to this grooming salon for a haircut, and just a few hours later, one of his eyes started to show signs of irritation. At first, I thought it might be an allergy to the shampoo or a stray hair that got into his eye during grooming. However, the next day, his eye looked much worse, and we had to visit the vet. The vet diagnosed his with an eye infection and advised me to contact the grooming salon to inform them of the issue, suggesting that they might need to improve the sterilization of their tools. When I called the salon to report this, instead of showing concern or offering an apology, they demanded proof that my dog’s infection originated from their services. Even after I provided the evidence, they did not respond or take any responsibility. This entire situation has been incredibly stressful. I had to find time to take my dog to the vet, and we are spending a week treating his eye. I initially chose not to leave a review because I understand that accidents can happen. However, the way the salon’s administration handled this incident left me extremely disappointed. I was met with defensiveness and demands for proof, as if I were lying. On a positive note, the staff members themselves were friendly and pleasant.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this pet salon and will not be returning. I arrived for my 2:00 PM appointment, which was clearly confirmed in three separate emails, only to be told I needed to wait until 2:30. I decided to be understanding and waited, even though the error was on their end. When I returned at 2:30, I was met by a groomer named Danica, who was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I clearly communicated that my dog needs to be muzzled during grooming due to nervousness and a history of nipping — something the salon had previously accommodated. Instead of showing any empathy or professionalism, Danica told me my dog needed to be medicated, which is not only inappropriate but also completely outside her scope as a groomer. She then dismissed my own knowledge and experience with my pet’s needs, even contradicting my veterinarian’s guidance — all while making it clear I was not welcome. The way I was spoken to and treated made me so uncomfortable that I chose to leave rather than risk my dog being handled by someone with zero compassion. I expect groomers to have patience, empathy, and the ability to handle anxious dogs — not to shame pet owners or offer unsolicited medical advice. There are plenty of pet salons that treat both animals and their owners with care and respect — this is not one of them.

I can't say enough good things about Lizzie at Petrichor Pet Salon! She is an absolute gem when it comes to grooming, and my dog LOVES her. Lizzie’s attention to detail is unmatched, and she always takes the time to ensure my pup looks perfect. She’s incredibly patient, especially with dogs that are a little nervous (like mine), and her gentle touch and calm demeanor make the entire grooming process a breeze. Not only does my dog come back looking amazing, but Lizzie always makes sure he's comfortable and happy throughout the visit. The care and love she shows toward animals is obvious, and it's clear she’s passionate about what she does. My dog leaves every appointment looking fresh, clean, and with the biggest smile on his face. Ask for Lizzie!

PLEASE BE AWARE. DO NOT SUPPORT BUSINESSES CRUEL TO DOGS. I took my dog here for a clean paw the store owner brutally put her in a kennel without even asking me while he said they have time to take care of her paws immediately. I'm warning you these people have zero understanding of dogs and I'm calling it. Let's see when animal control will shut this place down for animal cruelty.
