PetSmart Grooming

This is the second and final time I will bring my dog to this establishment. I informed the stylist that my miniature schnauzer had some mats in her paws, and she indicated that a slightly shorter haircut than usual would be necessary, but that my dog would still retain her miniature schnauzer appearance. Upon picking up my dog, however, I found that she had been completely shaved, even her mustache, and was charged extra for the matted fur. I paid a significant amount, and the haircut was so severe that I could have easily done it myself. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Our dog is rescue but even on the first day he allowed us brush him. Yet after taking our dog to Serena we haven't been able to brush or towel dry him since he has become too reactive. Serena also would charage a different price than the package I would book online. Unfortunately now we have to heavily sedate him and unable to take him to most place because of it.

Today my appointment was at 10:30 am with Toni, she also had a stinky attitude as well. I will not get into details but she calmed my sweet service dog tired to bite her when I asked her to clean his ears out. All dogs have teeth, and my malteepoo may have given her a love bite but not bite her as she calmed. Sh just didn't want to compete him as I requested. I feel if you're playing amount which I thought that it's the package which cost you 65.00 which includes bath, cut, nails,ears . I maybe wrong. Also I do too as t suggested for what I pay for his grooming. As I said I will not be using this facility again. Who knows what might happen to my malteepoo. Be careful people. Animal can't speak.

Today was supposed to be my first appointment to have my cat groomed. When I walked in, there were several employees actively grooming dogs while also eating Taco Bell. I stood and waited while they continued their conversation with a girl who was in regular clothes behind the counter, so I am unsure if she worked there. After a minute or two the girl at the desk turned to ask if I needed help. I started to check in for my appointment and asked a few questions about the process, which were not really answered. I then asked about how long it would take and was told 3-4 hours. When I pointed out that it was almost 6PM and the store closes at 9PM, the employee said "yeah, just come back at 9" and proceeded to ask me to initial paperwork. I took another look around and said "I’m going to pass" and left because I just did not feel comfortable leaving my cat there.

I dropped my dog off to Petsmart Groomers for a simple shampoo and trim. When I picked up my dog, I received a phone call from the groomers when I was on my way home asking if I could come back and drop him off again because they forgot to brush him. I declined because this is minor, and I could finish brushing him myself, no problem. Unfortunately, they neglected to tell me that they also did not wash, or trim him. I paid full price for a service that was not rendered.

Don't visit much, they are always friendly and clean. Love how healthy their fish are. So I am checking again, shopping for a pair of Blue Acair(spelling error).

I’ve been taking my dog to Petsmart Grooming for years. He has always done very well with grooming but he is getting older, he’s over 9yrs now and has become very anxious. Michael A took amazing care of our bubby boy! He called and offered to groom him earlier and was hoping to give taz some privacy so his anxiety would be eased some. He took his time with drying Taz to allow him some rest from the anxiety Taz was feeling. And Taz looks so handsome! Thank you Michael A for your understanding and patience!
