My mini schnauzers are very sensitive about where they are and who they are around. Taylor did a wonderful job giving them a spa day. They came home and were relaxed and not upset at all about being there. They are so cute. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly, called and let me know how my dog was doing and when she would be done. I picked her up and she smelled great, I thought the price was fair and I appreciate the styled pig tails she was given with a cute sparkly black bow. However, I found a few nicks and bald spots on my dog that she would not stop messing with. I understand my dog had several mats and was expecting her to be shaved as that’s what I asked for but I feel like they shaved way too close to the skin, causing her pain and discomfort. Maybe we will try another groomer here next time.

My dog's groomer Gigi is wonderful and I have nothing but praises for her service and her talents. The front desk staff, however, is a different story entirely. The surly brunette and another lady whom I presume is a new lady, could use some customer service retraining. They were unprofessional, dour, unfriendly, and needed to be prompted to greet me and then give me basic information from the groomer. My husband and I were left standing there while they chatted to themselves and ignored us completely as I had to ask when my dog would be brought to the front. I did notice that they were sure to greet, smile, and happily provide information to a male customer who came in after I did. I can only imagine that obvious discrepancy was due to racism or unprofessionalism. Either way, *neither is acceptable*. I'm certain that owner will take note of this and implement changes going forward so we long-term customers remain comfortable patronizing this small business. I must reiterate: the actual grooming service and the groomer herself receives the highest of praise. 😊 #IHaveVideoFootage

Alex and Veronica did such a great job with my parent's schnauzers who desparately needed their summer haircut! From check in to grooming to check out just a great experience with a beautiful result! 2 happy dogs!

I’ve taken my fur baby here twice now! Both times I’ve had a great experience. He is a long haired Persian cat who spits up terrible hairballs. He also hates getting brushed and develops matts around his neck. They make sure to take their time with him and make sure he comes out looking beautiful. Also in this area they are very reasonably priced in terms of cat grooming!!

I took my american akita here multiple times and they always took great care of him. I was nervous to bring him to just any grooming salon and got lucky with this one. He always left smelling great with a soft coat and positive energy! Shoutout to Taylor for all the love and all the grooms!! We’ve moved away and I know he will miss you guys. Thank you for everything!!
