Wagz & Pawz Pet Supplies and Grooming

We found Wagz and Pawz before getting Hazel, while searching for a specific dog food. Jaron was incredibly helpful - he explained the best high quality options and later helped us switch brands when Hazel got picky. He even helped us donate her old food! Hazel went through their puppy grooming preschool, which helped her get used to the grooming tools and environment. Jaron is patient and attentive - he learns each dogs behavior and works at their comfort level. Hazel is nervous about her nail trims, he found a gently way to get them done without the stress. Hazel gets excited every time she sees the store - she runs in the door! She truly enjoys her grooming sessions and every staff member treats her with so much care! We trust Wagz and Pawz completely for her grooming, food, and treats!

Jaron is amazing! He takes the time to learn each dog he works with and I can tell he enjoys doing it. We started with the puppy classes and everything has went great so far. I highly recommend Jaron to anyone looking for a more 1 on 1 groom session for their pup or a good groom in general! 🙂

I cannot recommend Wagz and Pawz enough! I brought in my three dogs, and they had the most wonderful experience. The store itself is super cute and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Jaron was absolutely amazing—he treated my pups like royalty, and they truly loved being pampered! It’s hard to find someone who can handle three anxious, spoiled dogs so well while making them look and feel great. Wagz and Pawz was highly recommended to me by Cincinnati Animal CARE. I took my very big boxer/bulldog mix in and Jaron was so good to her. He accommodated her with all of her needs, provided a calm environment with no other dogs to stress her out. Unfortunately my dog isn't familiar with grooming much, so Jaron took time to show us some positions to practice with her so next time she will be more confident for getting her nails trimmed. Jaron definitely cares a lot about the dogs that come through his shop, I can tell. Also, she smells great after her groom and is all nice and clean! If you have a dog that needs a good groomer, definitely try Jaron at Wagz & Pawz 🐕

My grandma’s dog had a bad experience at Petsmart, so I brought him here while I was taking care of him for a month. Jaron was very patient and moved at the dog’s pace, taking the time to build trust while still focusing on the dog's mental and physical well-being! That level of care is rare nowadays. I would definitely recommend this place to responsible pet owners. It has a calm, business focused atmosphere without loud colors and/or noises, and they genuinely care about the dogs! 🙂

I have come to Wagz many times with Day Trip dogs from the shelter. Jaron and the staff have always been so welcoming and have made every dog feel safe and loved. We always pick out a yummy treat and toy and they get a nice, peaceful break. I have brought my own dog a couple different times for the Pawsitive Reactions private shopping experience. We love being able to have the store to ourselves and spoil him like he deserves! Jaron and Chris have been so great with our dog and have made fast friends with him. They are doing a wonderful thing by making pets and their pet parents have a more inclusive world!

You can tell the owners love their furry clients and care about them deeply. I am so happy I found them online when I was trying to find a last minute bath and blow our for our dog. Wagz was so accommodating. They responded to our online request quickly and we're able to schedule us in the same week. We have a super shy and introverted dog and we LOVED that they only service one pet at a time to reduce stress. I can't recommend them enough!
