Gilda is very patient and kind with Mila. Since Mila is still a puppy and can be quite anxious, Gilda knows exactly how to handle her and make her feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I always feel very calm and confident when I bring Mila in, knowing she is in great hands and she always comes out looking beautiful. Gilda is always gentle and takes the time to do everything carefully so that Mila doesn’t get scared, which I truly appreciate. Everyone else at the shop is also very friendly and welcoming. It is 100% worth it!

Everything was going good until today i really tried to withhold from reviewing but my dog was nicked and his appointment was at 1 pm he wasn't ready to picked up til closing the last dog there not only was he nicked his ears smells terrible smh that's what led to this review i can't believe this bugatti definitely will not be back i rather them called me to pick him up and kept tht deposit than nicking him and not really cleaning him he had white residue all on his coat too... im big on hygiene so im so upset!!! ugh

Friendly staff! I am so pleased with how my dog looks after a much needed deshed, sanitary trim, and nail trim. I could tell she had a great time there, she came out all smiles! Her groomer did an excellent job and said my dog did really well. We will be going back for sure!

I can't describe how happy I am with Groomingdale's! My 2 year old Rough Coat Collie hadn't been properly groomed since the end of last year, and rough coat truly described her! She was terribly matted and her coat was massive and so hot for her. The wonderful ladies were able to shave and cut out the mats without making her look bald, and I am so appreciative. She looks beautiful again! Thank you so much.

Em was amazing with my 1yr old puppy Yume! She took the time to ask questions about our previous grooming experiences, and build a relationship of trust with my boy before taking him back. She was very patient with him and took the time to teach him throughout his grooming experience. 1000% worth the price. I am extremely grateful to have found this little salon in my neighborhood. I am so incredibly pleased with my two Scottish terriers’ haircuts! The staff is professional and extremely friendly. I typically groom my boys myself but have recently moved and been unable to set things up to do so yet. I called and they were able to get BOTH dogs in for full haircuts in less than a week. The groomer I handed them off to was knowledgeable and listened to the things I said! They followed the clipper and blend lines I had previously set, and they came out looking EXACTLY the way I wanted them to. One of my boys didn’t even wanna come home, he was hiding behind some staff members at pick-up so he could stay and keep getting cuddles, ha ha. Worth every penny!

We love Groomingdales! They are so friendly and dependable. Our Groomer is wonderful with our dog and always makes him feel special. Best of all, he looks great when he leaves.
