PetSmart Grooming

I’ve been taking my dog here for the past almost 3 years. We typically stick to our routined groomer but this last time I’ve had to get him groomed with another associate. I got the same results and came home with a happy dog! The ladies in the shop are not only friendly but try to help as much as possible to achieve the look you have planned out for your dog. They’re the nicest people who really do care about your animal!

I cannot say enough good things about the groomers here! They have taken amazing care of my cat and truly treat him like he is one of their own. He absolutely hates getting his nails trimmed and is nervous around new people, but he does really well with the groomers here. I don’t know how they do it, but he stays surprisingly calm when they are taking care of him and just lets them do their thing. They’re always so patient and gentle, always talking to him and giving him lots of love and attention. As a first-time cat owner, I really appreciate how comfortable and confident they make both me and my cat feel. I always know that my cat is well taken care of when he’s there. Charge too high for limited services. I think it is dependent on groomer. Had I seen the lack of grooming prior to payment I would have contested the charge. As it stands now, lesson learned. Will not return there.

The groomer rescheduled 2 and even after that i show up cause my poor puppy is needing a bath and mostly a haircut and they tell me after 500 times to bring updated vaccinations i do and then another excuse because he has allergies they cant bathe him . Honestly felt like from the beginning they should have just canceled because just seems like that lady didn’t want to work .

Brought my dog in for a trim, they refused to cut him because and I quote "he doesn’t like th vibration" they have 3 years of experience and couldn’t take the time and patience

Did you know that Pet Smart groomers will keep notes on your animal about each session and will note share the experience the groomer had.They said they were not allowed to but based on the information decided my dog could not come back. It is sad when your dog gets older and can’t receive a bath. It is even worse when the people you trust with your dog lies. They have apparently lied about my dog experiences . Each time they said she was a good girl. Sad day when you get old and have no worth.

Brought my dog to get groomed and bath. The staff treated me very good and my pup like it was their own. I enjoyed my visit with them. Thank you to the grooming staff—all three of them.
