TM Grooming

We have been brining our furry babies here for 7 years now. These aren't just their groomers, they are apart of our family now. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our girls and will continue to bring them as long as we reside in VA. Hands down the best groomers one could ask for! If you are looking, look no more! (Appointment was today)I am not one to write bad reviews unless it was truly a bad experience. I Scheduled a week in advance for the first appointment at 10am. After not being called, I went back at 3:15pm knowing for sure my pup was done. Nope. They must've just began maybe 20-30 minutes before I came. Half her body shaved, one leg shaved, had not been washed, nails still not clipped. Just about nothing. That means Abigail had been sitting for 5 hours in the cage waiting. This should've been no more than a 2 hour job, 3 hours tops. There was one dog in the morning and one or two others when I came to pick her up. I was so upset, I just asked to get my Abby back and pay. The owner said she didn't feel right taking money since she's not finished. I insisted again, she repeated, so I said thank you and left. This was Abbys first time getting groomed she looked timid and when she got in the car she fell asleep immediately as if exhausted. I will never take her there again. I will say what made me choose them was that I've brought Abby twice to get her nails clipped and the owner(the African American woman) took her and clipped them immediately, right in front of me with ease. So, if you're looking for just nails, I recommend. However, I would refer to a PetSmart or somewhere with better service for hair wash/cut.

They are really nice and kind to my pups. They always take walk ins for nail trimming. I do enjoy them a lot 👍

They are awesome, my mini poodle Sir Bently was so matted but when I picked him up he was handsome. I highly recommend these ladies.

Went for nail clipping and was a little hesitant because my 2 meat-heads are very nervous and skittish in clinics and with their nails. My walk-in was taken care of fast and efficient!! The ladies were great with my pups and got their nails clipped quickly and professionally! Prices were fair and I was super happy getting in and out for their nails!

I have been using TM grooming for the past 4 years I have lived in VA and will always use them when I return! They treat my pups as if they were their own and do their best to ensure you get the style you desire on your fur babies. Just be very clear and transparent about what it is you want, show pictures to reference and to allow them the opportunity to bring the vision to life! I highly recommend!

When we just started going there, we were happy; but after two good and timely experiences, everything went down. We would drop our dog at 2pm and get him at 7pm. Our dog looked awful: the face was hardly trimmed, I had to trim him after them. This is not the only thing, one time I called and was put on hold. While I was holding, I heard a woman screaming at some dog. It lasted quite few minutes. I was wondering why my dog was always afraid to go there. So, make your own conclusions... I won't take my pet there anymore.
