Shelley is the best! She started grooming my standard poodle as a puppy and now he is almost 2yo. He is always happy to see her👍. She meets and exceeds💗 Thank you Shelley for all the fantastic hair cuts☺️

There are many groomers out there, but nowhere else from my experience have I been able to get the personable, boutique, high quality service that I’ve received here. One of my biggest fears (apart from a bad cut) is my puppy fearing the groomer as a result of mistreatment. Moose couldn’t be more excited to go spend the morning with Shelly and the other pups here, and behaviors during brushing at home have gotten significantly easier to manage since starting grooming here.

I have been taking my mini Aussie to Shelley for about 4-5 years. Shelley always takes great care of Bella and has her looking amazing when I pick her up. If your pup needs a fresh cut, you need to see Shelley @ Pretty Puppy Parlor!

Shelley did a wonderful job! He looks absolutely adorable even though we had to shave him down. It was his first time I’ve ever had him groomed and he definitely needed it. I can tell he’s happier and not in pain from his knots. I never once felt judged and Shelley was great answering on how to care for his fur and prevent matting in the future. You can tell she loves the animals you bring to her and I couldn’t ask for a better grooming experience for him. I highly recommend her shop!

Pretty Puppy Parlor did an amazing job with both of my dogs! My white poodle has anxiety and is sometimes a hard dog to groom but they handed him perfectly and he came home feeling relaxed and happy! My grey dog is a 7 month old puppy and this was his first groom, I can tell he had a great experience! The price was reasonable and well worth the exceptional service.

Shelly, the owner, is amazing and cares for each one of these pups. I came to Shelly because my dog hates the groomer and has a lot of anxiety going on. Shelly started doing anxiety classes with him, and he loves it! Each week, he becomes less nervous and lets her comfortably complete more tasks. When Fin first started going, he refused to be blow-dried. Now that Shelly has slowly made him more confident, he has worked up to letting her almost fully dry him. She is so patient and works with him at his own pace, that's why we love PPP and their anxiety classes!
