Today new person trimmed my cat and when she was trying to do the back feet my cat made unhappy sound and backed up a little. My cat didn't show a teeth to bite or show nails to hurt her. Still she charged about 80% more for making sound... very disappointing. Also last time there was one nail they forgot to trim it will be nice to double check.

Just came back from the petsmart in Secaucus same policy as the one in North BERGEN guess what Brittany they handled him with ease if you have a German SHEPHERD go to the one in Secaucus they are professional not here in North BERGEN plus there COUSTOMER service is on point not like the North BERGEN branch. Oh and they allowed me to give him treats to calm him doe not like the one in North BERGEN where they say they can't give dogs treats PLS IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG GO TO SECAUCUS
ALL of the groomers and the North Bergen PetSmart are absolutely fantastic!!! They all made me feel so good and cared so much about my dog. Thank you guys!!!!
They website is challenging to use and has bugs that do not let the user understand how it works!
