What stood out to me most was seeing how comfortable and trusting my dog was with them, especially since this was a new experience for her. As pet owners, we know our dogs can tell us a lot through their behavior, and it was obvious that she felt safe, cared for, and respected throughout the process. Maddie is a wonderful groomer. Our dogs love her. They always bark when she drives through the neighborhood, tails wagging so exciting even if she isn't coming to see them. And she does such a good job with them. Always alerts me if she sees something strange on them. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional. I spent 3 months trying to get them to contact me. And only after a negative review on Facebook did someone reach out. Then they tried to back peddle and lie saying I was calling the wrong number. I’m nice I posted a screen shot of the original post they were tagged in, they blocked me. For a small business to not call back a potential customer is mind boggling to me. Wouldn’t trust them with my dog, glad they showed their true colors before I even made an appointment with them. Lots of reputable dog groomers out there that actually return phone calls and texts, I would suggest using someone else.
