I cannot rave enough about Jayna. She grooms my baby Miss Kitty. Miss Kitty is so sassy with me but she purrs when Jayna shaves her. If you love your fur baby as I do, this is the grooming company for you! Oh did I mention that she drove to my home and groomed Miss Kitty parked right in front of my house. So convenient and Jayna has an A+++ attitude. My baby was shaved, washed and nails clipped. You need to schedule today with CruisinKuts!!!

I had an appointment that was scheduled almost 7 days prior. I was provided with an arrival window of 11:30A-1P, then the day of I received a text message at 12:37P citing "generator problems." I’ll definitely be reaching out to a more professional provider. First impressions do matter. I have a Chow puppy and when we first spoke she seemed concerned about grooming him. I let her know he was well behaved and well socialized. She seemed reluctant, but confirmed my appointment. I would rather have flat out refused to service my pup rather than flake on our appointment. Disappointing.
Jana and Melanie are both such awesome people. I have a 20 year old cat that likes to take showers, and he was matted really bad. I learned the showers were making his mats tighter. Due to his age we have to shave in 2 separate appointments. Jana will be his groomer forever. ❤️
She did a great job with the haircut but cut my dogs stomach and didn’t tell me. I only noticed when I got him home and picked him up. I understand accidents happen but you need to be upfront and honest. She also took my payment in full and no refund was offered.
We have them come out to our shop every week and take care of our two fur babies and my assistant’s pup too!! I think they do a great job!
