PetSmart Grooming

We have tried Petsmart grooming in other stores in the region and once we found the Groomer Faith, we have been going to her ever since. She is such a sweet person and cares for your pet like her own. I really appreciate her and the entire team for the hard work and dedication that they have. PetSmart Grooming is fantastic! The staff is so kind and welcoming, and the shop is always clean. They go above and beyond to accommodate pets’ needs—even for my little pug, who requires an "emotional support human" to get through a nail trim. I also love that they offer walk-in nail trims; it’s an absolute lifesaver for people with busy or unpredictable schedules. They truly make grooming a stress-free experience for both pets and owners!

This place is a go to for grooming for my two pups. Shannon groomed my little Maltese Mylie which is 1 yr and 7 months. Shannon did a great cut and was patience. Explained that Mylie didn’t like her face cut but she was patience and took her time. Which I much appreciated. I also had Evie and Faith groom my dogs and both those ladies are great as well. So I feel the staff is pretty great and the communication is always friendly and listen to your needs. I am always nervous with about anyone handling my fur babies but so far so good. And prices are very reasonable. But that is coming from someone that has always used mobile services in the past which is double the cost. It’s always fun to go into this store, always friendly people.

We had our German shepherd retriever mix groomed here, and generally the gang at PetSmart does a great job! Not this time. We paid for nail trimming and clean teeth, but as far as I can tell, those things weren’t done. Additionally, the girl who brought him out to me seemed irritated that he was excited to see me and gave no feedback about the appointment. She just seemed incredibly rude. I dearly hope she is good to the pets behind closed doors. Other than that chick who groomed our doggo, everyone else is soooo friendly and helpful!! Wish I caught her name.

The manager name Veronica has horrible customer service. She doesn’t listen to the customer needs. She responds off assumptions, and doesn’t ask for clarification before responding. Everyone else here is really great, and maybe they can help train their manager.

The staff are always friendly and you can see their love of animals.
