Super disappointed in the service here. I specifically requested that they don’t touch my dogs nose and face and the groomer cut it anyways. He looks completely different and I’m sad this happened right before the holidays. The front desk person acknowledged that the groomer disregarded the notes but the groomer was extremely rude when I talked to him. Finally spoke with the owner and explained what happened and he made light of the situation saying, "I’m sure if your dog could talk he’d say he likes his hair" and laughed it off. I had a bad experience the last time and wanted to give them a second chance but the way they handled this was super disappointing. It’s cheaper than Petco but you get what you pay for.

Unfortunately the receptionist did not have a kind attitude on 08/05/25. I was met with a line of people all booked for the same appointment as mine which was strange. I expected to drop my dog off at 9 but instead waited behind others for 15 min. I then had asked politely how long my dog would be in the cage for & she said "all returning customers know that it’s 3-4 hrs" I said it was only my 2nd time there & because they only had 1-2 people cutting at a time, it seemed like they were just packing the back room w dogs & making them wait the 3 hrs. As I gave my response she gave "I don’t know" answers & was very short & rude towards me. I came back a few minutes later to the dogs crying in the back & asked if I could have my dog back because someone who has an "I don’t care" attitude shouldn’t be handling my dog. She wasn’t sweet towards mine at all. I asked her to please remove my file because I didn’t appreciate the way I was spoken to. She didn’t bother to apologize. Happy I went w mobile grooming.

I went in for a dog grooming for my poodle mix. I highly suggest this place. Best prices. Took care of my dog. Highly recommend!🙌

I had such a great experience at Ari’s Pet Grooming. The receptionist was really sweet and welcoming, and the whole staff seemed to genuinely care. My dog looked amazing when I picked her up — she smelled great, her haircut was perfect, and she was so happy! You can tell they take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be bringing her back.

Such a positive experience from start to finish! I met Ari, who used to work for Andy's pet grooming, but just started his own store. I was so embarrassed because my dogs were both so dirty and tangled, but he was so nonjudgmental and sweet. Both boys came out super clean, sweet smelling and handsome. The price was incredibly reasonable and they even looked happy, which is highly unusual because they typically hate to be groomed. I'm really bewildered by the negative review because it's a really cute store and they couldn't have been nicer--even gave the fuzzies a bandanna and a treat at the end. Very happy because I have been looking for a new groomer for a while. I have included some before and after pictures to show the extreme makeover!

Good prices, great service, I've been taking my dogs to them for years. Highly recommend.
