I have taken my 2 mini schnauzers to this groomer many times, and they have consistently made me very happy! They listen to my requests on style of cut and they have always delivered! They make my schnauzers look so cute and fresh! I trust this place with my fur babies and will continue to take my pups to them. They also provide excellent customer service, always answer the phone with friendliness. They are kind and welcoming when I arrive. Their prices are very reasonable, actually less than most places. Thank you guys for taking care of my dogs!
We have been using this groomer for about 6 years now ! We have 4.dogs and they do such a wonderful job never had any issues or any problems compared to places like Petco and PetSmart !. I highly recommend this groomer
After picking my dog up today, I noticed that she had several cuts all over her body and her haircut is extremely uneven. They even forgot to cut a large portion of her chest area which is extremely obvious. We have taken our dog here a total of three times and each time she came back, she had uneven patches of hair all over her body. I don’t even mind that part as much as the fact that they cut her skin. Totally unprofessional. Never bringing her back here again

The customer service is great I have never had a problem with them of any sort and I’ve been going them for about 6 years. All of my dogs absolutely love going to this pet grooming.
I support local businesses and the guys at Genesis deserve my support. They do a great job and are very caring towards the animals. My Riley loves them!
