The Grooming shop pays such attention to detail. I always am so happy picking up my precious puppy she always looks and smells divine. I’ve tried dozens of other places in the city and I would say this is number one for us.

Has a great experience getting GZMO groomed. I always go in expecting one cut and then get a totally different cut , so I was pleasantly surprised when I got GZMO back after a few hours . This is my second time here and I must say they definitely take time with dogs. GZMO can be a bit feisty, but he looked amazing afterwards . GZMO has a new groomer now.

Been knowing the owner for years and decided to bring my dog to his new service he added dog grooming and he out did himself with an amazing job with benji he looks so good and took great care of him. We will definitely keep going and recommending to our friends and family . They did great on timing and just grooming over all benji was so happy 🐶

I wish I could give zero stars. I brought my dog in for a basic grooming, and instead she came home with a seriously injured ear that required sedation, stitches, and an emergency vet visit. My weekend plans were completely derailed because I had to focus on getting her medical care — and most importantly, she suffered for it. She was dropped off at 9:00 AM, and I didn’t get a call until 1:20 PM — over four hours later. Who knows how long my dog had been bleeding before they even contacted me. And when they finally did, the groomer actually asked me what they should do because the bleeding wouldn’t stop. Are you kidding me? The obvious answer: take her to a vet immediately — that should never have been a question. To their credit, they did pay the vet bill, but that doesn’t erase the trauma or excuse the total lack of urgency and basic judgment. On top of everything, my dog smelled awful, like she hadn’t even been bathed before the injury occurred. Covering the vet bill is the bare minimum after causing this kind of harm. If you value your pet’s safety and well-being, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. A grooming appointment should never end in stitches, confusion, and hours of unnecessary suffering.

I brought my dog here for the first time and I am very happy I did! Talin was very friendly and took good care of my Tucker! I will definitely bring him back.

They are absolutely the Best! They did an amazing job and care for their customers They keep the place super clean. They really care about my furry baby. I’ll definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking for a good groomer place.

I’ve been taking my dog to this location since they opened. The groomers are really nice and gentle with animals. True animal lovers. All groomers are professionals in what they do. I’m very happy I have found this place. I highly recommend this place.
