Ashley is my 100lb German Shepherd's groomer because big floofies are her specialty. My boy always comes back so silky and handsome after spending a few hours with her. I know he can be a bit of a drama queen, but Ashley never complains and always makes me feel like he’s a welcome guest. I really appreciate her care and patience with my best friend.

This was a one and done. I was first put off by the girls lack of customer service at the front desk with a look on her face that everything in the world bothers her. Then the groomer came out to greet me and meet my dog and she was pleasant we went over what it was that I wanted and agreed on. 3.5 hours later I get a call letting me know he's done and I let them know I'd be omw. I then get 2 more calls while I'm already driving and I told them I was omw both times. I get there and that same miserable girl came out. Said that the price was going to be more because he was bigger than they thought?(Even though they saw him when I got there) Made me pay before seeing him. And then goes to get him. He comes out hella chopped and nothing like I asked and not even dry(It seemed like you had plenty of time since you called so much)... How are you cutting the dogs hair correctly while its wet? They obviously do not know how to correctly handle customer service there. I should have received a phone call since the price difference wasn't discussed before hand and they should let you see your dog before you pay. They know they screwed up and that's why they did it that way.

Excellent!! All About Paw’s has always been my go-to spot for their self wash services. The tubs are sanitized and clean between each self dog wash customer, clean towels are always available, great options for soap+conditioner, and thoughtful essentials like doggy cologne and cotton ball’s for your pups ears and eyes. Most recently, I decided to make my black+white Shih-Tzu (Phoo Phoo) a grooming appointment … WOWW! I was absolutely impressed with how her cut turned out. I explained exactly what look I was going for and Phoo Phoo’s groomer followed my instructions to the T. Phoo Phoo looked amazing when I picked her up and I had to give a huge "THANK YOU" to the owner (who recommended a helpful dental product), the friendly staff who always has great customer service, and to Phoo Phoo’s groomer who exceeded my expectations on Friday (March-7th). I love this place. It works well for me and my German Rottweiler. They have a corner tub so he’s away from other animals and the water pressure is beautiful. It really rises your dog thoroughly down to the skin not leaving any residue the pressure that they have is just perfect, they also offer you a dog shampoo but I do bring my own for my dog nonetheless, they still have some if you don’t have any on hand and you’re given a very clean towel to draw your dog . I’ve never had one issue at this place just getting my dog from the front door all the way back to the tubs passed other animals is my main journey. Other than that it’s smooth sailing from there. Thank you so much to the staff there. I really appreciate you guys accommodating us.

All about paws is exactly what the name gifts very friendly customer service very elegant clean environment so many options of puppy washes you can self wash. Also you can have them groom price range from $eight dollars to $34. Self wash comes with a tub, complementary shampoo, conditioner, dryer also foods and snacks and a nice bandanna for your puppy or fur buddy thank you so much all about Paws I will come again. I highly recommend 10 out of 10.

Had a great experience here! The person at the counter was super friendly and helpful, which made everything easy from the start. The self-wash station was clean, simple to use, and well set up. I also loved that they had a groomer available for nail grinding — such a nice bonus. We will definitely be back!

Everyone is so friendly upon greeting. I've been coming here for about 3 years and their service is above and beyond exceptional. I support this family business. They take care of my good fur-baby Jojo Berri! They will ALWAYS have our business 🐾💜
