PetSmart Grooming

This experience was not acceptable. I was not contacted when my dog was done — I ended up calling 4 hours later only to find out he’d been ready. That’s poor communication, period. I gave clear instructions NOT to cut his tail, and that was ignored. Completely unacceptable. The back of his haircut is just wrong. It's uneven, poorly blended— it looks like a rushed, unfinished job. This was also not the groomer who usually grooms him, and was charged extra based on outdated notes about being aggressive WHEN HE WAS A PUPPY which makes no sense. His face does look nice, but grooming is more than just a face trim — and for $80, the overall service, quality, and communication were not there.

I like taking my senior dog here. They are very loving and gentle with her. They care about her needs, and she always comes back smelling so nice. They are very accommodating and for a bath and brush, I think their prices are pretty competitive.

I bring Maple every 6 weeks for nails and a bath. Tatiana takes care of her and does a great job! Allow for time. I usually drop her off at 9 am and she's not ready to go until 12:30.
