PetSmart Grooming

Groomers are good and great customer service, my only gripe is I have non kennel breed dog (exotic bully) and my last appointment there he was kennelled at some point after his grooming leading to him catch kennel cough and leave me with a vet bill, so be cautious when dealing with these types of breeds cause something could happen to you. I no longer take my dog to be groomed here.

The grooming department does a great job every time. They have a customer friendly system in place and the grooming technician Chris always does a great job and is very professional! Highly recommended and great price!

I have a small, anxious rescue. This took place about 2 weeks ago, but a young, short, Caucasian plussized woman with dyed hair had said she would take my small rescue, i told her she was very squirmy with her paws/nails and she may need someone to help hold her. This woman blows me off and says she can handle it. She then proceeds to struggle trimming her nails holding onto her back upper hind leg very tight,, and lets my small dog CHOKE HERSELF ON THE RESTRAINT and then she allows my baby to FALL OFF THE TABLE. I told her a few times to throughout the trim "Please don't hold her like that, shes a rescue and sensitive with her paws, you might need another person" and she waved me off until she almost got bit because she wouldnt properly restrain her. I am so upset, as we have gone here multiple times and NEVER had any problems! All other times she hasnt ever tried to bite like she did with this woman and i am disturbed of what would of happened had i not been in the room. She also had taken another, slightly larger terrier after me and was handling him very roughly. I am worried for the safety of the animals she grooms when nobody is around.

Was able to get one of my dogs washed without an appointment.

Hannah is the Best! I have two yorkies and she does the best job on them. I have been coming to here for 5 years.

Was very pleased with the service. The groomer Maria did a terrific job on my baby Chanell. Very Happy
