I purchased a Groupon and called to schedule. I spoke with Hailey sho was very helpful and knowledgeable. I explained that I need to have my new shelter rescue bathed, trimmed and pampered. She explain that the hair cut was not included in the Groupon which was what I thought .She was able to get my little man in the next day. I dropped him off at 8 and picked him up on my lunch at 1. The staff was fantastic. They made me feel at ease leaving him and he was very comfortable with them. When I came to pick him up I was so surprised how fantastic he looked. He was so not nervous or stressed, which tells me they treated him like their own. I will definitely use them for all future grooming needs.

our dog gets overwhelmed easily and Big Pet Corporate Grooming Department that she had gone to since she was a puppy had soured badly. If you google "best groomer for nervous dogs" Wags is at the top of the search. The first thing we saw on arrival was a smiling worker taking a dog for a potty break. the owner Bobby was working the front desk. he broke down the grooming process to us, and the price points were far more reasonable with higher quality than Petco. The store smells clean and fresh, and it was super quiet and laid back. Workers were handling the dogs with patience and calm attitudes. a much better environment for our nervous dog. bobby was able to take her in right away - huge lucky break! my puppy came back to us looking beautiful, clean, and most of all HAPPY. they took their time making sure my little girl felt comfortable and settled in. she went home with a wagging tail and a new toy. Wags turned a stressful morning into a positive day. They are my girls groomer from now on.

I recently had a long term stay in Vegas for my job and brought my two dogs (Owen-sheepadoodle and Lexi-bernadoodle) so I wouldn’t have to keep leaving them. I was so nervous about taking them to a new groomer but I hit the jackpot and then some! Wags to Riches is hands down the best grooming I’ve ever had for my babies. The care she took with making them perfect is incredible! She thinned out their coats and evened up my girl Lexi. Owen has never been shaved and I’m super anal about how he’s groomed, so exceeding my expectations is super hard. They’ve had OES and know exactly how to groom the breed. Even though Owen is a doodle he definitely got mostly the OES side. He looks even more handsome! They are so soft and clean feeling too from the great products they use! I’ll definitely take my babies back when we do the long term trip again! Huge thanks to how they treated my babies and I highly HIGHLY recommend! They really well-priced too!

Had a great first time experience with my old lady Bella. She was so nervous thinking we were at the vet but once she met the owners and realized how friendly they were she started to relax. Picked her up after a couple hours and she was all smiles and smelling so good! If you are anything like me and want the best for your fur baby you will be very happy with this company. We will be returning in a few weeks. Thank you so much for a great experience again 💗

If you are looking for a dog groomer, I highly encourage you to try #WagstoRiches . While I have been taking my Maisie for over a year now (and wouldn’t trust that high-maintenance coat to anyone else!!), the salon is beautiful. It is clean, open-concept, brightly lit with a very inviting atmosphere. They are absolutely fantastic! extremely patient and loving groomers, not to mention highly talented professional.

I just have to come on here and brag about the amazing service I received today! I found Wags to Riches on Groupon and spoke with Robert, who was extremely helpful in getting me scheduled for the same day. When I walked into the shop, it smelled great and the atmosphere was welcoming. The service was absolutely top tier — a complete 180 from my experience at PetSmart. Our pup looked so beautiful afterward, and they did exactly what I asked for. Lisa, I loved how you took care of our fur baby she is beautiful. They’ve definitely earned a forever customer. They were wonderful! I will definitely be bring my little one in again. They were very understanding that she was afraid at the start and by the time I came back to get her she was as happy as can be. They even gave her a cute Halloween bow, charm on her collar as well as a little pumpkin on her leash. AMAZING SERVICE!!! Thank you!
