Horrific experience. They completely scalped our Golden Doodle to the point he was bleeding and his skin was raw. Immediately took him to our vet who gave him a cortisone shot and put him on antibiotics so he would not get an infection. Why would anyone do this to an animal? The owner was rude, mean and unapologetic when I went back after leaving the vet ($391 later!) DO NOT take your fur baby here!! My husband always took him to an amazing groomer in Jacksonville. My husband was rushed by ambulance to the hospital during the snow storm on January 24 and was there until his passing February 17 a couple of weeks ago. We love all of our dogs and they are our babies. I regret my decision to try somewhere new when I should have stuck with who my husband trusted.

I’ve taken my little dog Buttons here a few times and the staff is always very friendly, professional, and the place is very clean and well-kept. Additionally, it’s not all-day stay for the dog, often being about 4-5 hours for him to be ready.

I originally came to this groomer for a collaboration, and they didn’t want to collab which was totally fine because of older pictures I saw from years ago, I asked them could I pay full price for the services to get my dog groomed and they denied me completely and said they can’t groom my dog. Without ever seeing him or touching him in person I’m not understanding why they couldn’t at least see him and determine what to do considering he’s very soft and fluffy.. not matted at all. Maybe it’s because the last review scared them from doing curly hair dogs since they scalped and injured someone’s doodle. I think they would have done a good job. I also got a hint of prejudice from them maybe because I’m an influencer and they didn’t like that. I’m unsure but I’m very disappointed.

They did a fantastic job! My pooch looked beautiful. She was happy and not a bit traumatized. Most importantly, she was ready within 4 hours from when we dropped her off. I walked in to get her and was putting her in the car within 2 minutes and 1 minute was just bc she was so excited to be primped. Cost less than my last location on JFK. If there is a fault, it’s that they clean with the usual vet clinic stuff and I would advise using whatever North Hills Animal Hospital uses. No one likes the animal shelter smell. MAKE THIS PLACE SMELL LIKE THE FABULOUS SALON THAT IT IS!!!

Its very difficult to find a fair price for cat grooming. I have never had an issue here, my baby maxine is always ready on time.

I haven’t used this company but they hurt my friends dog and it required a vet visit for multiple cuts to the dog and they shaved the dog to the skin. When a negative review was posted, they posted a video of the dog and stated it was necessary and claimed the dog owner consented, which didn’t happen . After the negative review they posted a retaliatory post. Not a post stating they were sorry for their experience, but a retaliatory post. I’m sorry for their experience but more sorry for their response to an injured animal.

First couple of grooms were great but seems something had changed and suddenly my dogs became very scared to go. Literally pulling away to not even go in the door scared. This last time I picked up my dogs, my yorkie mix’s eyes were BLOOD RED! I asked what happened and she said ‘oh didn’t he come in like that’ I said no and she said it must be his allergies. Sorry but no after a vet trip turns out they either were careless and got chemicals in his eyes or they pulled the lease so tight grooming him it was strangling him!! Took a week for his eyes to heal. Never going back. Giving 2 stars just for the decent haircuts otherwise would be 0.
