Petco Grooming

I've had mostly good experiences with Petco for grooming until last time when they not only did a terrible job on the cut, they did not actually clean my dog. I called and was told they'd call me back to speak to a manager and never heard from them. This wash and haircut was $98 plus I tipped $15 before I saw how terrible of a job they did. Not to mention, he was bleeding from his skin tag that they cut into. My dog was lethargic and didnt eat that whole day. Won't be going back.

Alisha did a great job with my two huskies as usual. Loki can be an hassle with all his fur, however she took her time and gave him breaks to ensure he was completely dry and brushed out.

Maxine is a sweet, but anxious German Shepherd. Jodie was wonderful with her. Giving her time to relax and feel comfortable enough to be groomed completely. Excellent service!

its always nice to see the girls at the shop. they treat my fur babies with love. They are simply the best!

It was a last minute decision to get my dog in to see the Petco grooming team. They answered my questions regarding proof of vaccination and when I brought my dog in, they were quick to see if they had any availability. They were very respectful towards the request and even if they hadn't had space to slip her in, I feel that would not have changed their professionalism or how they treated me or my canine counterpart. My dog's overall grooming outcome was exactly what I had asked for. She seemed very low stressed when I came to pick her up. That's not always the case in some former grooming experiences. Her nails and pads looked great with no signs of injury either, and the team was kind enough not to judge me (openly) on the state of her nails as it had been far too long since they were last trimmed.

My Twins' groomer is Melissa and she is wonderful. The last grooming session was so quick, that i called to make sure the twins were ready. i can tell Melissa, "the same as last time" and she automatically knows. When i say "summer cut", she knows! She is great with my boys and they love her as much as i do! Wouldn't want anyone else! She's great and when she finishes with my twins, they start strutting....looking so good!

The staff was nice but for a hundred dollars I expected a better cut then what my yorkie got. I won't be back.
