PetSmart Grooming

Been going here for years and I'm not sure why because they always have an attitude. One particular groomer Ashley has been disrespectful and rude on many occasions. I was 9 minutes late and she refused to groom my dog. As if nine minutes is going to make or break the day! Do a better job with scheduling some extra time for unexpected variations in the day! Be logical rather than stressed and rude to customers! I tried to call to get her and the other groomer's name to complain about them and they hung up on me. I called the manager Dylan and he was just as rude! He told me he is banning me from the store because I am asking for their names i order to file a complaint to corporate. So instead of resolving issues caused by his employees he is blaming the customer! I shouldn't be surprised by the lack of customer service as managment is in charge of setting the tone for the business and it's evident they are just rude and disgruntled. They have also cut my dogs and caused sores on them many occasions! I even had to bring them to the vet once because of it! I should have learned my lesson at that point but now I've had enough! Would highly recommend going somewhere else!

I take my 15 month old American pit bull terrier there to get her nails grinded and have always had an easy visit with friendly service. Weezy can be a handful bc she's extremely high energy, especially when we get close to the parking lot of PetSmart! She loves it there!

They did a great job trimming and cleaning our baby Cash Money. He's only been to this location twice, and Cash seems to like it there. This will be our go-to place. Thanks, groomers. We appreciate all of the love and care.

My Rose girl got an amazing cut today! Everyone was very friendly and showed my puppy girl some love. I didn't give 5 stars because the appointment was for 1230 but apparently they didn't start on her untill 330. My dog sat in a kennel for 3 hours before getting groomed. Why make an appointment if my dog is just gonna sit in the kennel? Why not make the appointment for 330 instead?

Just payed 100+ dollars to have my pup groomed and they did bathe and trim his nails. Although they didn’t trim his paw pads or clean his ears out like it’s stated they would do. Don’t get your dog groomed here if you are expecting them to stand by their grooming policy. Terrible service experience to say the least.

Did not have hardly any live animals available. I ended up going to Petco to get what I wanted. Store was clean. Staff was friendly. Would have preferred them to have been better stocked.

Was looking for a hanging cat bed to place on the balcony door. Found a lot of other things for both pets
