Shay's Love Affur Grooming

Our puppy Benny had his first haircut today at Shay’s Love Affur - Conway and Shay did AMAZING!!! This was my first time ever having a dog professionally groomed and I am absolutely over the moon with how he turned out. I was honestly really nervous to book anywhere. I had read so many negative reviews about curly dogs being shaved, and it made me hesitant and fearful. I even put off scheduling for a while and tried trimming around his eyes at home (which was not it 😂). He’s a Havanese and his hair grows SO fast! Our vet recommended Shay and we seriously could not be happier. She listened, she cared, and Benny looks absolutely precious. You can tell she loves what she does. We’ll see y’all in 8 weeks! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their pup 🤍

I absolutely love this place. I work at a dog daycare facility and have several customers who have gone to Shay's and they all turned out amazing from Schauzers mini and giant, to doodles and poodles, retrievers you name it. I took my Great Pyrenees there for the first time and they were so kind and helpful! They made him look amazing and even provided a cute little bandana for him to wear as well as a backdrop photo of when he was finished!!! I highly recommend this place for all your grooming needs from deshed, bathing, nail trims, etc!! I will 100% be coming back

Absolutely loved our experience! The shop is super clean, and the environment feels calm and welcoming. What stood out the most was how comfortable all the dogs seemed—mine wasn’t scared at all, which is huge for me. You can tell they truly care about the animals. We’ll definitely be back! They cut the hair exactly how we wanted them. 10/10 will definitely recommend!

Shay's Love Affur in Conway is absolutely amazing! I took my dog there, and I didn't have high hopes because he's never had a good groom. I was definitely shocked because he has never looked better. They definitely have a customer for life. Absolutely amazing service and very nice people! Great location and very clean and welcoming inside.

These girls are so amazing and SO great with our boys. We have one little shy guy and he did great. I was not nervous at all after dropping them off and meeting the girls at Shay’s. We will definitely be back with Percy and Porky. They smelled great and their nails were perfectly! Highly recommend Shay’s love Affur!

They did best job grooming my little cockapoo. She is very anxious when it comes to vet clinics and groomers. In fact, other groomers couldn't even groom her because she would bite the groomers hands. But Shay's knew just how to handle her. She didn't even need to be muzzled (which is something that has to be done at every vet visit). I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Shay and her team are AMAZING! We’ve used them for years and we couldn’t ask for anyone better. My yorkie is high strung but he does so well with them. I trust them and know that when I drop him off that he’s in the best hands. You can tell the difference in someone that grooms your dog and someone who puts their all into every furbaby they groom. Shay definitely puts all of her effort into making sure the furbabies that she grooms look and feel great and she takes the best glamour shots! She has backgrounds for every holiday and season.
