Petco Grooming

I have vitalcare for my female chihuahua Bella she's very tiny weight 4 pounds. We're very pleased with Petco service where I visit at least two times every month buying food and others products. I would like to recognize a wonderful and value employee in Grooming department, Her name is Maria she's a caring high worker person, Very kind, honest, and great Grooming service that she provides the pets making the different each day. I booked a training class for my golden doodle with Mauricio. He is amazing. He truly loves what he does with a passion, and it shows! My dog was excitable and a bit wild when we began the training. We take our puppy to see Sam every other month for a mini-makeover, Sam is amazing, her attention to detail is amazing and she always gives us tips about Penny's grooming. She is so caring and kind, and our little Penny loves her.

Horrible. Please don't bring your dog here. Not too long ago i brought my 2 dogs here, they took quite a while considering there were 2 different groomers working on them. One of my dogs had low eyes when I got home, so I figured it was just from being sleepy from spending so much time in there. He was worse the following morning, so I went to Petco right away to find out what had happened. They said they had no idea and that nothing had happened. When I took him to the vet, they discovered that his left eye had a chemically induced hernia. This is extremely disappointing because I paid more for a detailed service and a soft shampoo. I understand that accidents happen, but there was absolutely no communication. When I spoke with Carlos, the manager, he was truly insensitive and said that I was costing him a lot of money and it cost him more than it did me... rather than giving an apology. He seemed annoyed and was difficult to reach. The people at Bayshore Vet were truly amazing and treated my dog kindly with multiple follow ups. This incident and Carlos' attitude was unacceptable and inhumane.

North Miami location has always been excellent with my dogs. This time around Robert, went above and beyond after my dog had surgery and I was afraid of grooming him. Robert did an amazing job with him and assuring me Mclovin was going to be ok. Sure enough, he was in and out in less than 2 hours looking handsome! really recommend Maria and Robert!
