Kim did a great job with our German Shepard! Communication was great and Kim put us at ease as it was our first grooming appointment! Very personalized service. Would highly recommend.
Kim is amazing! She takes such great care of my Newfoundland mix, Ralph. He’s a big, talkative social butterfly and can get overstimulated, but she works with us to schedule appointments when it’s less busy, which makes a huge difference. Handling a giant breed with a big personality isn’t easy, but Kim does it with so much patience, kindness, and skill. Highly recommend!
This was my first time going to Baby’s Pawtique! I did a Google search for dog grooming and Baby’s Pawtique popped up with fantastic reviews. Kim was very easy to reach and she was gentle was my 1 year old terrier. He was a bit nervous going in but she took her time and even gave him a little break. She texted throughout his appt so I was well aware of what was going on. Thank you Kim for the great service! Geno and I will be back again soon!! 🙂
We had our dog groomed for the first time with Kim. We had never been to her shop before. She did exactly what we asked and Gabbie looked great. She was very patient with our puppy who is quite busy!
I have an anxious German shepherd, I myself was nervous to bring him in, but Kim has been amazing with him. I appreciate that she takes her time and does her best to make him comfortable. We are always booked in advance so we don’t have trouble getting in. The space is nice and clean, and I of course appreciate the text updates as she knows I am a worried mama! Also appreciate the lack of dog hair around the house since he started going to her!
My dog, Meadow, loves going to Kim! She is gentle, kind and does a great job grooming. Plus, Meadow leaves with a holiday themed scarf as an added touch of love. I have gone to many groomers in the past, but now will only go to Kim! You can tell she loves what she does! I’m grateful for how well she takes care of my pup!
