Shanelle is awesome, professional and very personable. My Daisy dog is a big hairy lab who sheds like crazy. Shanelle did a great job with her deshed treatment and she didn’t even charge extra! Very reasonably priced and very pleased with how fluffy and fresh Daisy looks from her nose to her nails😎. I have finally found my groomer. Thank you! Teri Salyer

Shanelle is so patient, kind, and loving with our feisty, frightened rescue dog. She’s has never pushed him further than he can go. Our boy has a lot of trauma and this is the only groomer we would ever consider taking him to. Over years she has taken the time to build trust with him and he’s made incredible strides as a result. He looks so handsome when he’s done!
I took my 7 month mini schnauzer she did the best cut on him it was his third cut I have my groomer now.
Fantastic service, great with our scared little guy. Took the time to work with him. Really, really happy. Highly recommend!
