Do not take your dogs here! When I dropped my baby off, she was very reassuring and said if he was too scared then they wouldn’t do it, and I asked her to call me if they had problems. When my husband picked my dog up, he was shaking and peed on him. Two hours later he was still shaking and his heart racing. He doesn’t even look like the same dog, uneven hair, scalped on his face and one of his knees is scalped. She acted offended that he squirm too much and even said, "three of us had to hold him down. No one should’ve had to hold the dog down." They just shouldn’t have cut him.

Very Unhelpful and Condescending when I told them I didn’t like the way my dog was cut. Did the exact opposite of what I asked when my daughter picked up our dog she didn’t recognize him asked for him to be fixed and he came out worse than the first time. Called to complain was told next time they’d fix it, would never take him here again so never will be a next time. For reference first picture is what was asked for with only a bit cut off body wise and then second pic is what he looks like after terrible grooming!

The staff was wonderful. They took great care of all three of my babies. They always do a great job. I would recomend claws and paws to any one. Great people.

The groomers here are very friendly and easy to talk to! I feel like my Scout loves them more than me because he’s always excited to come here! <3

We had a GREAT experience at Claws&Paws! My pups can both be quite nervous, but they were so kind and gentle with my babies❤️

We have been using them since they were on highway 43 and they are always very kind and sweet to our dogs. You know they love where they are getting groomed and boarded when you take them there and they don't turn back and look for you and ignore you when you try to tell them goodbye lol. Liz has always taken great care of our pups.

Liz, Jamie and the whole team take excellent care of my two fur babies. I won’t leave them with anyone else! Neither of my two are scared or nervous when it’s time to walk in or drop off and that says it all. The girls at Paws N Claws go above and beyond to accommodate me and whatever my needs are at that time. I couldn’t ask for more and I hope to remain their customer for a very long time ❤️
