Bella got the best bath & cut ever here! The team is so friendly and accommodating. They recommend how to cut her that fits our lifestyle. They trimmed her under belly, backside, tail, ears, and face while still keeping her hair long on top. The perfect look, yet functional for her ❤️

I didn't visit for grooming. I bought food for my dog.

The only reason is getting 3 stars is because the prices but one of the help is really bad .i bought a bird cage and MIKE didn't even tried. every time I had a question he didn't know and told me is on the box .read the box. I asked how big is 18" and doesn't even know the difference between inches and feet. Every answer he gave me was cocky and ignorant.

Horrible experience, not recommend Wasted my 15 minutes per their request

DO NOT LEAVE PETS HERE!!!!! Beware!!!! I have left pets here multiple times I am completely horrified at the service the Pet Hotel Manager Sarah provides. She is completely offensive, argumentative, and plain rude. She is somebody that should not be dealing with people, or pets. I have left my dog here once when I had a work trip and they called us the same day hours later to pick up our dog because she was on her period, and it cost us even more than the flight back and change fees due to them taking her to the vet even though our dog was perfectly healthy as the Vet clearly stated to us, that anybody who works with animals would know she obviously had her period. Gave them the benefit of the doubt left my cats here then literally hours after them being left they call us for the same reason, they want them picked up or we are threatened with vet fees which were outrageous, the cats were according to them having the same exact symptoms both were taking longer to adjust to the new environment it was there first time they are CATS. When I got on the phone Sarah answered and her attitude was immediately on she was completely defensive telling us we need to get them immediately or we are going to get vet fees, she seemed to have never dealt with animals and is worse with humans a real hateful character. Then I get someone to pick them up for me and she laughs at 16 year old girl giving her an attitude and giving her a hard time, she rather argue than do her job. SARAH SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH PEOPLE NOR ANIMALS PLEASE SAFE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY!!!!
