If i can go lower I would. I paid $75 and after I paid the brought out my dog half finished. Told me he had a ear infection so they didn't finish the cut. When I complained, they said they used special shampoo. My other dog was $50 and he looked like he did before he did prior to the grooming. They also moved to Roscrans..... I hope the just close up.

Gabby is great! She is super patient with our Yorkie, Leo, added a before and after shots so the difference can be seen. Everyone is so friendly at this grooming salon and highly recommend taking your pets here to get their pampering done.

Anna’s did another amazing job with our Jack. Although Jack is still a puppy full of energy he can be very timid but the staff at Anna’s has been able to work with him and help him have an awesome experience.

They didn't treat my dogs right at all. My dog had a patchy face/body cut, and they said they serviced my other dog but they didn't. $150 I'm upset and I'll never take my dogs there again.

I have been coming here for a couple years now and I have never had an incident like this but they refused to take responsibility for what they did to my husky and their staff was very unprofessional and screamed in our faces when we confronted them about what they did . They blamed it on me and Anna told me to go home and be happy . They have cut our dog before but we gave them the benefit of the doubt . Please check yelp for reviews . They are accurate and are rated 2 stars and have pictures of all the poor dogs they have mistreated. I wish I knew sooner . Please don't bring your dog here. These people don't care about animals . And she will deny everything they have done . This business needs to be shut down .

Purchased both of my yorkies there. Male and female. Never had any issues. They do a great job with grooming my fur baby’s. Anna, is friendly and very professional.

You know, it's bad when you pick up you're dog and as soon as they get home, they run underneath the bed and start crying. They won't come out because there so scared!! So you got to question yourself, what happened When I took her to that place??!!!?? Yeah she's a bit hyper. She's a little high maintenance. But she's has a huge heart and loves people. So what did they do to my puppy for her to behave and act like this??? My heart just dropped. All she wants to do is stay underneath my bed!!! It breaks my heart to think that someone that works there did sonething horrific to break my liile ones spirit. It took her about a good month for her to become herself again. Just knowing you and i are taking our little furry loved one's to a place we all trust to think there in good hands to find out there being abused!!! Its taking all of me not to run down there and lose it!!! And to think we're even paying for this along with a tip!! Everyone that takes there dog to this hell whole, please pay attention to how your dog acts. And why do they have them for so long?? Has anyone noticed that where they keep them there is never any water?!! Why?? 🤔 Karma has a way of greeting themselves 10 fold. Good luck with that one. For all that being said I will never step foot into that place again. And for all who is seeing this I hope you find another place to take yours. I dont want your heart to break like mine is.
