Bentley's Pet Stuff Oak Creek

We love taking our sweet girl dog to Bentley 's in Oak Creek. Katie Y is the best groomer. She's so patient and caring and I always know that our dog in good hands. When I pick her up she always looks amazing. The customer service is pleasant too. I highly recommend Bentley 's Pet Stuff.

I went to Bentley's looking for a 10 foot leash and came out with some really good quality treats. All of their treats contain only healthy ingredients. Once I got home I gave my dog Chatty some of the bbq meatballs and she loved them!! She kept bugging me for more!! The ladies that were working were super nice and sweet!

I came in looking for a specific brand and Bentleys had it! They were willing to order the kind of food our cat enjoys. We were added to the loyalty program and given a treat bag! They offer a veteran discount! This was my first time here but it won’t be the last! The Owner herself was working when I went in and she was wonderful to talk to and very helpful. It felt good to support a small business in my community.

Katie Y is incredible! Our dog is particularly fearful and anxious when it comes to grooming, but Katie handles her with so much patience, kindness, and expertise. She takes the time to work with her struggles, making the experience as stress-free as possible. The grooming is always thorough, quick, and beautifully done. We’re so grateful for Katie’s exceptional care and highly recommend her to anyone with a nervous pet.

I love Bentley's. Boomer loves them too. Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. Boomer also loves to get treats from there. I'm so glad to have found them, I know Boomer is in great hands. I especially love the photo collage behind the counter, very nicely done!!!

I've always groomed our 9 year old Golden Retriever since she was a pup, but since having my second son in late October and also having a 2.5 year old it has been hard to keep up with grooming her like I used to. I decided to pull the trigger on a professional grooming after reading and hearing great reviews about Bentleys. I couldn't be happier that I did. We did a spa package and Koda came back to us looking so beautiful and smelling so good! The groomer did such a fantastic job with trimming her in all of the right places and even gave her a pretty winter bandana. I seriously teared up, I was so grateful for the help! It's been days later and I'm still commenting on how impressed I am with how she looks. The prices were very reasonable and the timing and communication were fantastic. Will definitely be taking advantage of this service more often.
