What The Fluff!?! Groom * Play

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have a senior age, long hair, male cat. His hair is quite dense and collects debris faster than he can groom himself. Every few months, we have him shaved down to help with his comfort. I myself work in professional petcare and am VERY selective about who handles my animals. He comes home feeling SO good & looking amazing after his appointments. And the cost is very reasonable. 10/10 recommend!

Brittany and Jamie are the best! My boy Moose just loves them and the care he gets while at What the Fluff! Was there last week and was reminded again why I choose them over others much closer to me! I have recommended several friends to them and everyone of them who followed my suggestion said the same thing, they love them! Keep up the good work girls!

I have tried two other places to get my BabyLove's nails trimmed and they have turned us away or denied us, due to her reactive fear aggression we have to make sure she doesn't interact with other dogs and can safely get groomed. I called to see if What the Fluff would even consider taking her as a client, a sweet voice on the other end reassured me they would take care of her, offered a same day appointment. BabyLove of course was terrified and the ladies took precautions and jumped right in no fear! They were amazing with my difficult pup, great job ladies. Thank you.

Never had an issue with them until today. My mom couldn’t get her cat in the carrier cause she ran away and hid in a crawl space, when I called them to let them know and see if they still had availability for the day, they were INCREDIBLY rude and said "would’ve been nice if you would’ve called us to let us know" all while I’m at work in visits with clients. That one interaction was enough for me to never bring any of my pets back. Customer service is key!

I love them! They do so well with my Micro/Mini Golden. Lainey is very happy/hyper but she comes out looking beautiful.

1st time getting my cat groomed at What the Fluff and they did an amazing job. The cut is perfect. I'm excited to work with them on keeping her coat manageable

What I love most about this business is that it is small and personalized. Coco is not put in a cage before or after her session. Rather, she is allowed to socialize with other pups there. It feels like dropping her off to a friend. They do a great job of grooming her! Coco is always so excited to go here for her bi weekly groom session!
