Lafleur Pet Grooming

We love Shea and Dakota, and the entire LaFluer crew! My dog, Milo, is 12.5 years old with a lot of allergies, and he has constant irritation around his face and paws. With their help, I have been able to manage his allergies with regular grooming sessions. They even started brushing his teeth! He always comes home clean and very happy. Milo and I love this crew and are very grateful to have them in Oakland.

The groomers at Le fleur are the BEST!!! They love what they do and it shows through their work. I recently had my maltipoo groomed here and was very happy with the experience. I was impressed with their amazing skills and couldn’t have asked for a better summer ‘do for my dog. Thank you Le Fleur!!!!

LaFleur Pet Grooming I have been to Lafleur a few times and they have done a v nice job. Recently it has been hard to get appointments. I stopped in a few weeks ago because I couldn't get anything online that wasn't 2+ months out. I love supporting local. They said no problem, one of the girls would come in on a Monday but that it would be a bit more. I said that was ok. And 20% more I was willing to pay. I have a small 15 lb dog. I paid $125 plus $40 tip previously. They tried to charge me $440 for cut and tip?! they claimed I knew it would be more given it was a monday. First of all, our conversation was all verbal and they in no way said 3 hours to cut a small dog at $150/hour plus tip, they said it would be a bit. $440?! how ridiculous. The girl cutting offered to reduce it in the end and I said I would be willing to pay more like $200ish with tip. But then the owner called and said, "we only charged you 2.5 hours and you knew it would be more"?! like somehow this was my issue. I should have recorded the conversation but she was not nice; but in NO WAY would I have agreed to a $450 haircut for a 15 lb dog. I made mention that the owner that the groomer (owners sister) said I could pay less, and the owner said no - you pay this or you pay nothing and don't come back. Gladly, not going back. What a rip off! Wow - buyer beware. They are getting very cocky now and very unreasonable. And note, we also run a small business locally but would never try to take advantage of a client like this.
