This is the third time we've gone to this place for the self service wash. They have a "Yappy Hour" special where its 1/2 price between 2-4. We got there at 3:10 and tried to go ahead and pay. They wouldn't let us pay until after. We finished around 4:15 so they charged us full price. They then said "Aren't you going to tip?" Who are we tipping? Ourselves? The last time they were rude to us because we came in right at last call and we're done before they closed. Why spend $18 on a self service wash station with poor customer service, when I can go to Tractor Supply and get a $10 (or free since we have rewards) with great service? This was the last time I'll ever go there.

Recently switched groomers. I am so glad I found this little shop. Thanks again, for all yall's help with my baby!

Laundromut customer service is excellent. They accommodated my pup who has high anxiety. The haircut wasn’t precise but the job got done. Her nails looked nice and she was happy when I got her and that’s what matters to me. Thank you!

The majority of the staff is wonderful but the older lady with the headset, maybe the owner, is so rude and has a staring problem. It's supposed to be self service dog wash, but I hear her tell me and other how to wash are own dogs. When I 1st started coming they had a variety of different shampoos to use but now all they have is a 3.5 oz unlabeled bottle that is only half full with watered down soap. When I asked if I could have more since I have two 70 lbs double coated dogs she said I wasn't using the soap correctly. So I started bringing my own shampoo, but then another time I was told by that same lady that I was blowing drying my dogs wrong. That they should still be damp and just let them air dry "for a better coat". She clearly doesn't know anything about the breed because letting a double coated dog air dry is how you get mattes. I really wanted to like this place and support a small business but that person unfortunately ruined the experience.

Loved it. The staff was amazing with Sadie & Lexi. The puppy spa was the cleanest I have ever been in. They went far above my expectations. We will be loyal customers.

Before and after. They gave my dog a really great cut. He smells sweet. He was not barking hysterically when I picked him up. He wasn’t barking at all. It was a five-star experience!

This place was awesome I took my dog dare to bathe him and everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly. Naomi was amazing and very helpful I will definitely be going back I'm even thinking about doing the drop off service cuz it's incredibly cheap it's less than half what they wanted all the major pet brand chains I will definitely be coming back and recommend this place to anyone who needs or doesn't have space to wash their dog at home
