Exclusive Grooming

I took my mini schnauzer in for a routine grooming expecting safe and professional care, but I was very disappointed with the experience. Without my consent, after telling her NOT to the groomer cut my dog’s long beautiful eyelashes. They also applied human perfume, which can be unsafe and irritating for dogs. On top of that, her ear hair was tightly knotted to attach bows, which caused visible discomfort. I would strongly recommend that this business use only pet-safe products and avoid making unnecessary changes without the owner’s permission. Pet grooming should prioritize the animal’s comfort and safety above appearance.

The ladies at Exclusive Grooming are so sweet and kind to the pets and to the customers! Their prices are so affordable and they will get you in as soon as they can! I drive all the way from Midland because they are excellent in every way.

I’ve been bringing my Yorkie here for years, and every visit has been wonderful. He always looks so handsome and happy when we pick him up, which shows how well he’s cared for. The staff is kind, the schedule is always flexible, and the prices are so reasonable compared to the bigger places. I really appreciate the full service they provide and the love they show our sweet pup—thank you for always taking such great care of him!

Reasonable price for a shower and nail cut. Just which they add or use some fresh sense or some nice smell shampoo for the shower. Also will be really combinient to accept credit card payments not only cash
